2、紧,任务重”,故而编写此初步设计说明。第二节、边坡设防位置的确定结合建设方、总设计承包单位、及施工方的意见,并多次开会讨论最终确定的本次基坑设防位置。设防基坑坡脚线由剪力墙内侧边线向基坑外侧扩展L9m(0.4m厚的剪力墙+L5m的施工空间),以此线作为本次设防边线。第二章、支护方案设计第一节、整体设计思路根据勘察结果,并结合建设方意见和场地周边条件,场地地下水位浅,基坑边坡外侧有大量重要建(构)筑物,故综合确定本次设计采用“排桩+桩顶冠梁+桩间板”的整体设防思路进行。第二节、注意事项本设计考虑到场地条件,设计时考虑了40KPa的基坑周边材料堆载,但必须注意下列事项:1、排桩顶部l.5m范围内,

26、112表21210类桩桩芯坐标桩编号XYXl3047123.2613384317.2243X23047126.2995384318.9598第三章、施工注意事项第一节、施工顺序针对工期要求较短,施工顺序安排为:排桩施工一冠梁施工T桩间板施工。施工环节为:施工放线一一桩孔开挖一一排桩钢筋笼及碎浇筑一一桩顶冠梁施工一一基坑开挖桩间板施工同步进行。桩间板施工时,水位以上单次开挖高度(支护高度)不得大于2.0m,水位以下应根据现场实际情况进行调整,且不得大于LOm。第二节、排桩施工注意事项1、资料准备(1)开工前应具备场地工程地质资料和必要的水文地质资料,施工图及图纸会审纪要。(2)场地和邻近区域内的
27、地下管线(管道、电缆)、地下构筑物、危险建筑、精密仪器车间等的调查资料。2、钢筋笼的制作与安装可根据场地的实际情况按下列要求进行。(1)钢筋笼尽量在孔外预制成型,整体放于桩孔内。(2)竖筋的接头采用螺纹连接1高强度螺栓)。同一断面接头不得大于50%。并应有相应的螺栓检测合格报告。(3)竖筋的搭接处不得放在土石分界处。3、桩芯混凝土灌注应符合下列要求。(1)待灌注的桩孔深度、桩径、垂直度以及钢筋笼的制作、安装通过检查合格。(2)所准备的材料用量须满足单桩连续灌注,排桩必须一次性浇筑完成,严禁分段浇筑(冠梁部分除外)。(3)当孔底积水厚度小于100mm时,可采用干法灌注;否则应采取措施处理。(4)
28、采用干法灌注时,混凝土应通过串筒或导管注入桩孔,串筒或导管的下口与混凝土面的高度不宜大于2m。(5)桩身混凝土灌注应连续进行,不留施工缝。当必须留置施工缝时,应按混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范(GBJ50204-2011)的有关规定进行处理。(6)桩身混凝土,每连续灌注0.50.7m时,应插入振动器振捣密实一次。(7)对出露地表的排桩应及时派专人用麻袋、草帘加以覆盖并浇清水进行养护。4、桩身混凝土灌注过程中,应取样做混凝土试块。每桩须取样一组。5、排桩的施工应符合下列安全规定。(1)监测应与施工同步进行。当边坡出现险情,并危及施工人员安全时人员应及时通知撤离。(2)孔口必须设置围栏,用以防止地表
29、水、雨水流人。严格控制非施工人员进入现场。人员上下可用卷扬机和吊斗等升降设施。同时应准备软梯和安全绳备用。孔内有重物起吊时,应有联系信号,统一指挥。升降设备应由专人操作。6、排桩属于隐蔽工程,施工过程中,应做好地质编录和各种施工、检验记录。对于施工中出现的问题及处理情况,应记录备案,并经设计、监理签证认可。7、排桩施工需按照“跳一挖一”的作业方式进行。8、桩身碎(C30)强度必须达到设计强度的95%以上才能进行基坑开挖作业。9、未尽事宜,需按相关规范及技术标准严格执行。第三节、桩间板施工注意事项由于现场基坑未进行开挖,排桩施工时不能预留桩间板的搭接钢筋,故本次桩间板的制作采用植筋的工艺进行,钢
30、筋植入长度不得小于20cm。桩间板制作时,应预先留意桩内主筋的分布情况,在桩顶做好相应标示,以免植筋时破坏桩体主筋及其他钢筋。由于场地周边有大量建(构)筑物,不能排泄地下水,故本次桩间板内不设计泄水孔。施工桩间板时必须做好桩间的防渗工作。第四节、其他注意事项为保证基坑边坡稳定和基坑施工顺利进行,基坑开挖时必须对基坑边坡及其周围环境进行监测一主要对基坑边坡坡顶进行水平位移、沉降及房屋位移、倾斜等观测。第四章、预计工作量根据上述整体思路,预计工作量见下表:表41排桩工作量一览表桩型号桩数旋挖机土石方C30混凝土钢筋(根)(m3)填心(m3)(I)1类桩24636.79636.79100.292类桩
