5、rea of rickers and strengthen the erection stability. 2) 架设用材料选用须符合下列要求:The scaffolding materials should comply with the following requirements: a) 架杆选用48mm,壁厚3.5mm的钢制管道,材质符合GB7008-79对Q-235A钢的要求。Use the steel tubes 48mm with 3.5mm thick wall as the scaffold poles. The materials should be in accordan
6、ce with the requirements to steel Q-235A by GB7008-79. b) 扣件选用型号为KT-33-8的可锻铸铁,扣件紧固用螺栓选用材质为Q-235A钢制作。Use the mollealle iron KT-33-8 to be the fasteners. Bolts to fix fasteners should be fabricated by steel Q-235A.c) 跳板选用材质为Q-235A钢制作,厚度不低于2mm。Use steel Q-235A to fabricate the planks, with thickness 2m
7、m or more.4.2 脚手架搭设型式及设备平台安装顺序Scaffolding Erection Type and Installation Sequence of Platform of Equipments1) 采用双排扣件式井字脚手架。The scaffolding shall be double-row “#”-shape scaffolding with fasteners.2) 设备平台、附塔管线安装顺序:脚手架搭设到每层平台处后(离设备平台约1.2米),安装设备平台及与下层设备连接直梯;设备平台安装完毕后,继续往上搭设脚手架,安装设备平台和爬梯。(见附图1)。 Install
8、ation sequence of equipment platform & pipelines: After the scaffolding is erected on each floor of platform (about 1.2m away from the equipment platform), install the ladders connecting the platform with the equipment at the lower level. After the completion of equipment platform installation, cont
9、inue to erect scaffolding above and install the equipment platforms & ladder. (See the details in the attachment figure 1)3) 搭设脚手架时避开设备爬梯位置。Avoid the positions of equipment ladders when erecting scaffolding.4.3 双排扣件式井字脚手架搭设: Erection of Double Row “#”-Shape Scaffolding with Fasteners1) C3070塔高40.35米

The inside scaffold p
13、oles must keep a certain distance from the tower shell. 3) 所搭成的架设须整齐规范:立杆、横杆均须均匀布置,立杆在一条垂直线上,横杆在同一水平面上,扫地杆应沿纵向、横向连续搭设且距地面200mm。立杆采用双立杆,立杆纵距小于等于1.5米,横距不大于1.3米;大横杆步距不大于1.8米。The erected scaffolding must be in order and standard: The rickers and cross rods should be arranged uniformlyrickers should be i
14、n the same vertical line and cross rods should be in the same horizontal plane. Erect the bottom horizontal tubes continuously both longitudinally and transversely, 200mm above the ground. Use double-ricker,The longitudinal space between rickers should be 1.5m or less, transverse space should be 1.3
15、m or less; the step space between ledgers should be 1.8m or less.4) 搭设时,必须留出足够的施工作业面,作业面用跳板铺设。并列铺设跳板时,不得少于二块,严禁出现单跳板。在塔平台下1.2m处搭设作业层(见下图)。When erecting scaffolding, leave enough space for the working plane, which should be made by planks. When laying the planks in parallel, need at least two pieces
16、of planks. Single plank is no allowed. Erect working floor at the position which is 1.2m below the tower platform. 17、caffolding Erection Section Drawing5) 跳板固定必须符合下列要求(铺板平面图见下页):Planks fixing should comply with the following requirements: a) 跳板铺设时,除与架杆连接牢固外,板与板之间应靠拢并用铁丝捆绑连接。纵向跳板之间必须搭接,且搭接不少于300mm。For the planks laying, the planks should be connected with the scaffolding poles firmly. Besides, the planks must be cl
18、ose to each other and be bound by the iron wire. The longitudinal planks must be overlap connected with minimum overlapping length 300mm.b) 跳板固定与连接用10#14#镀锌铁丝,铁丝接头必须设置在跳板的侧面或下面; 跳板表面不得露出铁丝。Fix and connect the planks by galvanized iron wire 10#14#. The wire joints must be set at the side of the plank
19、s or under the planks. Wires cannot protrude the plank surface.c) 跳板固定时,除与横杆之间捆绑牢固后,板与板之间还必须连接。For planks fixing, they should be not only bound firmly with the cross rods, but also connected with each other. 每层作业面铺板效果图6) 作业层需设置双层防护栏杆,高度1.2m。Install double-layer guard rails, 1.2m high, for the workin
20、g planes.7) 至每一层作业面均须设置上下通道。当设备的平台直梯安装后,可直接用直梯作上下通道;没有直梯部分,需搭设直爬梯,直爬梯的步距为300mm,宽度为500600mm,并且在每4米内搭设一个折转平台。Provide up and down access for each working plane. After the platform and ladder are installed, use the ladder as the access. For those parts without ladders, install ladders with pace300mm and
21、 width 500600mm,erect a turning platform every 4m of the ladder.8) 脚手架搭设时,尽量避免将横杆或立杆搭设在设备平台的直梯内,以免影响作业人员的上下通行。For scaffolding erection, try not to install the cross rods or rickers inside the ladders of the equipment platform, which may obstruct the pass of workers.9) 当架设面不在梯子平台一侧时,在双排架的外侧可每隔6米左右加设一
22、道剪刀撑,下端尽量与梯子平台或牛腿固定,以增加整个脚手架的稳定性。When the erection plane is not at one side of the platform and ladder, install one diagonal bracing every 6m outside the double-row scaffolding. Try to secure the brace bottom with the platform & ladder or bracing of the equipments, which can strengthen the stability
23、 of the whole scaffolding.4.4 验收 Inspection & Acceptance 1) 脚手架搭设完工并经自检合格后, 报IET HSE进行检查验收,合格后挂安全标识绿牌。After the scaffolding erection and self-inspection is accepted, request IET HSE to inspect and accept. Put on the green tag when accepted.2) 在使用过程中,应定期(至少每周一次)对架设进行检查。 During the using period of sca
24、ffolding, inspect it regularly (at least once every week).5 脚手架计算书 Scaffolding Calculation5.1 双排“井”字架架设的计算过程 (C3070)Calculation Process of Double Row “#”-Shape Scaffolding for the Towers5.1.1 载荷 Load1) 作业人员:2名,约270公斤=1.4kNWorker: two, 270Kg (approximately) =1.4kN2) 跳板:约69(块)20公斤=13.8kNPlank: 25 (pie

30、/0.174/489/4=119N/mm2 =205N/mm25.1.5 结论 Conclusion 通过以上稳定性计算可以肯定:39米的双排架架设是稳定的。By the above calculation for the stability, it can be confirmed that the 39m double-row scaffolding is stable.另外双排架与塔平台栏杆使用拉杆固定,增加架设的整体稳定性。Besides, use the pull rods to fix the double-row scaffolding with the platform & h
31、andrail at the tower, to strengthen the whole stability of the scaffolding.5.1.6 接地面积 Contact with the ground floor area A=20.253=1.5m25.1.7 地基强度核算 Foundation Strength Calculation 1) 双排“井字架”对地面压强:=N/ A=40.456/1.5=27kN/ m2The pressure of the “#”-shape scaffold to the ground: =N/ A=40.456/1.5=27kN/ m2
32、2) 依据建筑地基基础设计规范GBJ7 4978 kN/ m2 According to Code for Design of Building Foundation GBJ7 4978 kN/ m2 3) 结论:地基完全可以满足此类架设的施工要求。Conclusion: The ground foundation can meet the construction requirements for the scaffolding erection.6 HSE措施 HSE Measures1) 施工人员须进行安全培训以及入厂教育后,方可上岗作业,进入工地必须配戴胸卡及携带安全承诺书,且登高作业
33、前必须进行身体检查。Only after the workers have received the safety training and education for new workers can they assume the position. When entering the site, they must wear the badges and take the safety commitment. Before the working at height, they must have the physical examination.2) 脚手架的搭设及拆除必须由架设人员进行
34、,且在作业时,必须设立警戒区,防止其它人员进行作业。The erection and dismantling of the scaffolding must be carried out by the scaffolders. Besides, when erecting scaffolding, set barricade to prevent other discipline working in the same area.3) 高处作业时必须系好双挂安全带,且高挂低用。When working at height, wear safety harness with double lan
35、yard hanging at higher position.4) 用电设备接线必须确保一机一闸一保,控制开关、漏电保护器及使用电线必须与设备用电量匹配。Every electric equipment should have one switch and one protector with random switching. The control switches, leakage protectors and wires must meet the requirements of power consumption of equipments.5) 在架设时须做好施工过程标识。不合格
36、脚手架、搭设过程中的脚手架挂红牌标识。Make work progress marks during erection period. For the disqualified scaffolding and scaffolding in erection, put on the red tags.6) 非搭设人员不得对架设擅自改动脚手架,如需修改脚手架,需通过IET安全的许可。Those who are not scaffolders cannot modify the scaffolding without permission.If the scaffolding needs modif
37、ication, it should get approval from IET HSE.7) 严禁在架子杆、跳板上动火、动焊。Hot work and welding are not allowed on the scaffold poles or planks.8) 其它工种应尽量与架设避免交叉作业。在特殊情况下,应相互错开作业。Try to avoid overlapping work with other disciplines. In particular cases, the work should be staggered.9) 恶劣天气,如,大风、大雨等禁止施工。Dont wo
38、rk in bad weather, such as strong wind and heavy rain.10) 遵循任何合理的,各方都能接受的附加条件或修改意见。Follow the additional conditions or modification suggestions which are reasonable and can be accepted by each party.11) 除遵守以上规定外,还必须符合SH3505-1999石油化工施工安全技术规程的有关规定。Apart from the above requirements, must comply with Safety Technical Regulations for Petrochemical Construction SH3505-1999.
