1、 PowerFlex 753变频器调试步骤威钢原料与烧结变频器控制接口如下所有模拟量和数字量都是用I/O选件模块 Port 04,而不是变频器主控板I/O:速度给定: AI 1频率输出:AO 1变频器运行命令:DI 1切换到远程:DI 2MOP UP: DI 3MOP DOWN:DI 4接操作箱频率下降按钮变频器备妥输出:RO 0变频器运行输出:RO 1变频器调试要点如下:1. 在变频器上电前完成模拟量输入信号选择跳线,变频器出厂缺省为电压输入2. 变频器上电,修改参数访问级别 .首先选中变频器,按键,然后按键,选择Ports,选择00 PowerFlex 753,按ESC键,退到主界面.设置

2、P301=1 快速访问方法按PAR#键,输入访问的参数号,如3013. 完成变频器Start-up向导按键,然后按键,选中Start-up菜单,进入启动向导.启动向导结构如下:选择Begin Start Up,按确认键进入.面板提示Start-Up consists of several steps to configure the drive.Press Enter,按Enter键确认.面板提示Geneal StartupAppl Specific选择Geneal Startup,按Enter键确认面板显示:Motor ControlMotor DataFeedbackLimitsRef R

3、amp StopI/O顺序选择以上菜单进入选择Motor Control菜单,面板显示This section select the type of Motor Control the drive will use.Press Enter,按Enter键确认面板显示:Please Select:Sensorless Vect V/HzFlux Vector对于原料变频器,选择Sensorless Vect,对于烧结机一台变频器带两台电机应用,选择V/HzMotor Control设置完成后,选择Motor Data,按Enter确认变频器面板显示Edit Motor NP Volts 400

4、VAC按Enter确认变频器面板显示Select type of power units shown on motor nameplateHPKW选择KW,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Motor NP Power# KW,输入电机额定功率使用软按键,删除原有显示值再输入电机功率值,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Motor NP Amps# Amps,输入电机额定电流值,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Motor NP Hertz# Hz 变频器额定是50Hz,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Motor NP RPM# RPM,输入电机额定转速,按E

5、nter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Motr OL Factor1 电机缺省过载倍数为1,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Motor Poles# Pole ,输入电机极数注意:4极电机同步转速1500RPM,6极电机同步转速1000RPM,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Speed Units Hz 0 缺省是 Hz 0,按Enter键确认Motor Data设置完成后,可直接跳过Feedback,变频器缺省工作在无编码器反馈模式,选择Limits,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Max Fwd Speed 50Hz 按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit

6、Max Rev Speed-50Hz按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Min Fwd Speed0.0 Hz按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Min Rev Speed0.0 Hz 按Enter键确认Limits设置完成后,选择Tests,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Complete these steps in orderDirection TestAuto TuneDone选择direction test,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Press START to begin test!Motor will run!按键起动变频器变频器面板显示Is the direc

7、tion of rotation forward?YesNo如果变频器旋转方向为正向,选择Yes,按Enter键确认如果变频器旋转方向为反向,选择No,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示How would you like to fix motor polarity?Automatic ChangeChange mtr wires选择Automatic Change,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Press STOPStartup will then automatically change rotation as if motor lead were reversed.按键停止变频器变频器会

8、再次显示Press START to begin test!Motor will run!按键起动变频器变频器面板显示Is the direction of rotation forward?YesNo选择Yes,按Enter键确认Direction Test完成后,选择Auto Tune变频器面板显示 IMPORTANT ! Use Rotate Tune for best results.Rotate Tune works best under no load/low friction condition.Use Static Tune if load can not be rotated

9、 .Press Enter按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Select the tuning mode:Rotate TuneStatic Tune选择Rotate Tune,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Press START to begin test.CAUTION:Rotate Tune will cause motor shaft rotation.按键起动变频器变频器会自动完成整定过程,整定结束后,按键停止变频器,选择Done,按Enter键确认.Tests完成后,选择Ref Ramp Stop,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Direction Mode Unipol

14、1按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Bus Reg Mode AAdjust Freq 1按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Accel Time 110.00 Secs暂时用缺省加速时间10秒钟,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Decel Time 110.00 Secs暂时用缺省减速时间10秒钟,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Do you want to perform S-Curve for accel/decal?NoYes选择Yes,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit S Curve Accel0.00%修改为10%,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示E

15、dit S Curve decel0.00%修改为10%,按Enter键确认以上设置完成后,选择I/O,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Make a selection:Start Stop & Dir.选择Start Stop & Dir,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示This section defines Start Stop and Direction digital input functions. Press Enter按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Will a digital input be used as a START source?NoYes选择Yes,按Enter键

17、Par 0001 Dig In Sts,选中Par 0001 Dig In Sts,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit DI RunSelect Bit To Use选中Bit 01 Input 1,按Enter键确认这里 I/O Module 24V DI 1接运行命令,实际选择哪位以现场接线为准变频器面板显示Edit Digital In Cfg Run Edge 0按Enter键确认 设置完Start Stop & Dir后,直接跳过Digital Inputs,Digital Outputs,Analog Outputs,选择Done,按Enter键确认.再次选择Done,按En

18、ter键确认.变频器面板显示Please make selectionGeneral StartupAppl SpecificExit Startup选择Exit Startup,按Enter键确认,退出启动向导剩余的工作是完成对I/O Module的设置.首先选中I/O Module,按键,然后按键,选择Ports,选择04 I/O Module 24V,I/O设置数字量输入,输出和模拟量输出Digital in 选择 digital in status bit 1 为运行Digital output设置RO0设置:按PAR# 10,按EDIT键变频器面板显示Edit RO0 SelSele

19、ct Port To Use DisabledPort 00 PowerFlex 753Port 04 I/O Module 24V选择Port 00 PowerFlex 753,按Enter键确认用向下方将键选中Par 0935 Drive Status 1,按Enter键确认选中Bit 00 Ready,按Enter键确认RO1设置:按PAR# 20,按EDIT键变频器面板显示Edit RO01SelSelect Port To Use DisabledPort 00 PowerFlex 753Port 04 I/O Module 24V选择Port 00 PowerFlex 753,按E

20、nter键确认用向下方将键选中Par 0935 Drive Status 1,按Enter键确认选中Bit 16 Running,按Enter键确认设置模拟量输出信号类型为毫安信号按PAR# 70,按EDIT键变频器面板显示Port 07 Host Param 70Anlg Out Type#00按EDIT键,把最低两位都设为1,按Enter键确认AO1设置按PAR# 85,按EDIT键变频器面板显示Edit Anlg Out 1 SelSelect Port to useDisabledPort 00 PowerFlex 753Port 04 I/O Module 24V选择Port 00

21、PowerFlex 753,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Anlg Out 1 SelSelect Param to use.选择Par 0001 Output Frequency,按Enter键确认设置模拟量输入信号类型为毫安信号按PAR# 45,按EDIT键变频器面板显示Port 07 Host Param 45Anlg In Type#00按EDIT键,把最低两位都设为1,按Enter键确认选中Port 00 PowerFlex 753,按PAR# 550,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Port 00 Dev Param 550 Spd Ref B Sel,按EDIT键变频

22、器面板显示Edit Spd Ref B selSelect Port to useZero SpeedPort 00 PowerFlex 753Port 04 I/O Module 24V选择Port 04 Port 04 I/O Module 24V,按Enter键确认变频器面板显示Edit Spd Ref B SelSelect parameter To UsePar 0050 Anlg In 0 Value Par 0060 Anlg In 1 Value 按向下方向键翻页,选中Par 0060Anlg In 1 Value,按Enter键确认最后完成本体和远程速度给定切换按PAR# 1
