4、ef Mate.Please tell me the motor direction of reefer containers.如果问具体那个BAY 可问值班船员。如：Hello Mr.Duty.Please tell me the motor direction of the reefer containers on Bay No.20 deck.有时船方人员可能没听懂。这是可以用简单的话补充、如：I mean motor/plug facing forward or aft.船方说法如下：Forward adv.向前；After ad.向后。,During Loading and Disc
5、harging装卸过程中 冻柜故障,冻柜故障大致如下：报警 Alarm,温度不达标，不工作，不显示温度，电线长度够不到冻柜插头。冻柜装完后，装卸组长需告诉船方：冻柜已装在甲板上，请插上电源并仔细检查规定温度。The reefer containers have loaded on deck,youd better turn on the power and check the required temperature carefully.装箱冻柜出现故障，船方一般情况下会有如下说法：The temperature on reefer list is-20 centigrade（摄氏度）But

18、finish?What time will the cargo be finished?你可以回答:I think it will be finished about ten oclock.2.有时船方会问开航时间，如：What time for sailing?What time will the ship be sailing?按照现在的装卸速度，估计什么时候完货？At such a loading/discharging rate,when do you expect the discharging/loading can be finished?你可以回答:I think all th
19、e cargo will be finished at ten oclock.3.如果船方进一步问几点开航，你可以回答I dont know the exact/definite sailing time.But the agent will inform the pilot when the loading is finished.and I suppose/estimate it would be about eleven oclock(完船时间加半小时或 一小时左右为估计开航时间),完船时大副会给你几分单子，其内容大致为：港方人员未发生伤亡事 故，大致有如下字眼：No accident
20、from stevedores.No damage.工人弄坏了垫子，加固杆等，大致有以下字眼：damage,fall,lashing bars,twist locks.你可以签仅仅收到而已：Only for receipt.关于卸箱残损的大副批注：For receipt only/Received only/Discharged as loaded（原装原卸）/Discharged in the same condition as loaded/Without any prejudice to liability/No tendency to liability/Ship is not res
21、ponsible（有时not responsible 缩写为N/R）。在极少情况下可能会出现如下不可接收的大副批注：Said to be/Not checked by ships crew.你要设法让大副放弃此类批注，如改为“原 装原卸”之类。大副，我有几份文件需要你的签字。CO,I need your signature for several documents.淡水加完了。请签字盖章。Fresh water has been done.Please sign.,END 完船签单,码头常用英语对话注意事项 称呼&态度,与外国船员打交道时，态度要和蔼。说话要有礼貌，如:称呼对方最好在头衔前加

23、祈使句和一般疑问句的时候很多。如问值班人员理货房在哪里，可说：V：Please tell me where the tally office is.V：Wheres the tally office please?V：Can you tell me where the tally office is?V：Could you tell me where the tally office is?(更委婉）,码头常用英语对话注意事项 方式&方法,有的船办公室及生活区不能随便进，你如果想见大副要先向值班人员通报一声。Hello,duty officer.I want to see the Chief
24、mate for some business.值班人员可能问一句：Whats the business?/For what?/Whats the matter?与大副第一次见面先自我介绍：Hello,Mr.Chief Mate.Im the Forman.Glad to meet you.如果需要船方提供帮助，你告诉他你想干什么？如：I want to sign some papers.I want to ask the Chief mate something about reefer container.非英语国家的人说的英语往往也不规范。听不懂时要善于揣测对方意 思，实在听不懂时可说：Pardon?/I beg your pardon?或I am sorry,but I dont know what you mean,repeat it please.让对 方再说一遍，你说的英语对方可能也听不懂，可再说一遍，必要时配 合手势。,
