1、云南省不同流行地区艾滋病感染者生命质量分析,2,目录,3,一、项目基本信息,4,一、项目基本信息,5,二、项目内容简介,本文通过对国内外不同地区艾滋病的患病情况及生命质量的综合分析，结合云南省昆明市、个旧市、陇川县3个市县区居民艾滋病感染者情况的调查研究，对不同性别、年龄、民族、婚姻状况、体力活动、收入水平和教育水平，以及对疾病的支付能力，来探索并分析云南省艾滋病患者生存质量情况，为今后提高艾滋病生存质量以及预防控制提供依据。,6,三、立论依据和研究意义,由高危人群开始，传播到一般人群全球共同模式,同性恋,注射毒品者,Bridge Population 桥梁人群,Drug Users 吸毒者,

3、ency virus).HIV attacks the bodys immune system.People with HIV seem to be healthy at first.When the immune system is hurt,it can no longer fight diseases the way it used to.It s alternative names is acquired immune deficiency syndrome.Believed to have originated in Africa,AIDS has become an epidemi
4、c,infecting tens of millions of people worldwide.,The virus,which is transmitted from one individual to another through the exchange of body fluids(such as blood or semen),attacks white blood cells,thereby causing the body to lose its capacity to ward off infection.HIV is one of the biggest social,e
5、conomic and health challenges in the world.It is a global emergency claiming over 8,000 lives every day.In fact 5 people die of AIDS every minute.If someone is HIV-positive,it means they have been infected with the virus.,As a result,many AIDS patients die of opportunistic infections that strike the
6、ir debilitated bodies.AIDS first appeared in the United States in 1981,primarily among homosexuals and intravenous drug users who shared needles,but throughout the world,it is also transmitted by heterosexual contact.Today,scientists are hopeful that AIDS can be managed by new drugs,such as protease
7、 inhibitors,and need not be fatal.(See AZT.),A person infected with HIV does not have AIDS until the virus seriously damages their immune system,making them vulnerable to a range of infections,some of which can lead to death.HIV is transmitted through body fluids in particular blood,semen,vaginal se
