2、paration下列风量平衡步骤是各种空气系统平衡的基础Thefollowingbalancingproceduresarebasictoalltypesofairsystems.D确认影响空气系统气流的每一项已经为TAB做好准备,如门窗已关好,顶板(回风静音箱)就位等。ConfirmthateveryitemaffectingtheairflowofaductsystemisreadyfortheTABwork,suchasdoorsandwindowsbeingclosed,ceilingtiles(returnairplenums)inplacezetc.2)确认所有的自动控制仪器不会影
3、响到TAB.ConfirmthatallautomaticcontroldeviceswillnotaffectTABoperations.3)创造条件,使空调系统在最大负荷情况下运行,确保空调箱有冷凝水产生。Establishtheconditionsforthemaximumdemandsystemairflowwhichgenerallyisacoolingapplicationwithwettedcoils.2 .系统启动SystemStartUp2.1 风机检查Fancheck在核查所有风阀已打开或设置好后,电工应启动所有相关系统(回风,排风排烟等),使所有需要平衡的系统相关风机达到
4、设计转速。启动风机后,立即检查风机、电动机和风棚区动是否存在故障,及电机电流强度。如果电流强度大大超过铭牌上的满载,关闭风机检查存在问题。然后仔细重启风机做必要调整。Afterverifyingthatalldampersareopenorsetzhavethejobelectricianstartallrelatedsystems(return,exhaustzetc.)andthesystembeingbalancedwitheachfanrunningatthedesignspeed(rpm).Uponstartingeachfanzimmediatelycheckthefan,moto
5、randfandriveformalfunctions,andthemotoramperage.Iftheamperagegreatlyexceedsthenameplatefullloadamperage,stopthefantodeterminetheproblem.Thencarefullyrestartthefantomakethenecessaryadjustment.2.2 风阀检查Dampercheck快速检查每个没有闭合或断开自动风阀,确认风阀自动控制位置正确。如果风阀不规则振荡,气流会受到影响,这是风量平衡中不希望看到的。因此,风阀及其控制模块应经过设置使之正确就位。所有风阀
6、都应设置为全开冷却状态。Quicklygotoeachautomaticdamperthathasntbeenblockedordisconnectedandconfirmthatthedamperisbeingcontrolledautomaticallyincorrectposition.Therewillbesomeeffectontheairflowifthesedampersarehunting.Thisisundesirablewhiledoingairbalancing.Therefore,thedampersortheircontrolsshouldbesettokeepthe
7、minthedesiredposition.Alldampersshouldbesetforafullflowcoolingcondition.2.3 气流、压力检查Flow/Pressurecheck再次确认需要平衡区域涉及到的相关区域中,所有风机运转良好。如果有问题,压差、渗透或渗漏可能对系统平衡造成不利影响。初步测试可确认每个系统的送风量是否超过排风量。此时应该确认正负压力区。Againconfirmthatallrelatedsystemfansservingeachareawithinthespacebeingbalancedareoperating.Iftheyarenotzpre
8、ssuredifferences,andinfiltrationorexfiltrationmayadverselyinfluencethebalancing.Preliminarystudieswillhaverevealedwhetherornotthesupplyairquantityexceedstheexhaustairquantityfromeacharea.Positiveandnegativepressurezonesshouldbeidentifiedatthistime.3 .基本测试步骤BasicAirTestingProcedure3.1 风机测试FanTesting将
9、皮托管置于主风管或排风风管以测定处于设计转速的送风机所送风量。DeterminethevolumeofairbeingmovedbythesupplyfanatdesignrpmbyusingPitottubetraverseofthemainductortheductsleavingfandischarge.如果在设计转速时风量达不到设计风量的10%,可检查各系统情况、步骤和记录数据,找出原因。检查并记录过滤器、盘管、分离机及消声器等的气压下降,看是否存在过多损耗。特别要检查进风口和排风口出风管和外壳状况以达到系统效果。Ifthefanvolumeisnotwithinplusorminus

11、ect.每当转速发生变化,或主风阀的设置发生改变,要经常复查电流强度。Alwaysrechecktheamperagewheneveranyrpmchangeormajordampersettingchangeismade.4 .基本气流平衡步骤BasicAirBalancingProcedure4.1 平衡标准Balancecriteria当符合以下情况时,系统达到平衡Thesystemwillbeconsideredbalancedwhen:D经测量后,每个送风口或回风口的风量值为设计风量15%时(除非出现不可控因素)Thevalueoftheairquantityofeachinleto
12、routletdeviceismeasuredandfoundtobewithin15percentofthedesignairquantities(unlesstherearereasonsbeyondthecontrol)2)最不利环路中的风口阀门应全开Theterminaloutletinthecircuitwiththegreatestresistanceshallbefullyopen.4.2 风量平衡Performingairbalancing根据3.基本风量测试步骤所述进行初步空气系统TAB工作。PerformtheinitialairsystemsTABworkasdescri
13、bedunder3.BasicAirTestingProcedure.6.2 风量和换气次数测试Airflowvolumeandairchangerate测试步骤TestProcedures- 使用风量测量风量罩测量每个过滤器或送风扩散器的气流量。风量罩需带合适流量计。Flowmeasuringhoodsarepreferredfortakingairflowvolumemeasurementsfromeachfilterorsupplyairdiffuser.Theflowhoodwithanappropriateflowmeterisrequired.- 将风量罩紧紧置于过滤器框架中以防止
14、漏气。Seattheflowmeasuringhoodfirmlytothefilterframetopreventairleakage.- 风量罩尺寸应足够大以捕获受测过滤器外的所有空气。Theflowhoodshallbeadequatelysizedtocapturealltheairexitingthefilterbeingtested.- 测量并用每小时/立方米(Cmh)记录每个过滤器的气流量。Measureandrecordtheairflowvolumesofeachfilterincubicmeterperhour(cmh).验收Acceptance- 洁净室每个过滤器的平均气
15、流量应为土15%Theaverageairflowvolumeofeachfilterforthecleanroomshouldbewithin15%.-洁净室的平均或总气流量应为10%。Theaverageortotalairflowvolumeforthecleanroomshouldbewithin10%.6.3 RoomPressurizationTests房间压力测试测试步骤TESTPROCEDURES-用Pa测量和记录洁净室最里部和相邻空间、房间、或外部环境的压差。MeasureandrecordthepressuredifferentialsinPabetweentheinner
16、mostcleanroomandadjacentspaces,roomszortheexteriorenvironment.6.4 洁净度测试Airborneparticlecountcleanlinessclassificationtest洁净度测试是用于测定测试时房间的实际颗粒数等级。测试开始前按合同文件规定应了解有关颗粒的尺寸、室内的占用情况及房间分类。Theairborneparticlecountcleanlinessclassificationtestisperformedtodeterminetheactualparticlecountlevelwithinthefacility
17、atthetimeofthetest(As-Built,At-Rest,orOperational).Particlesize(s)ofinterest,theroomoccupancymodeandtheroomclassificationshallbeknownpriortothebeginningofthetestsandshallbeasspecifiedinthecontractdocuments.测试步骤TESTPROCEDURES-核实Verification核实洁净室系统的各方面,这有助于保证操作的完整性(空调、过滤系统、墙体、吊顶、地板等)。以下的主要测试应在进行洁净分类测试
18、前进行。Verifythatallaspectsofthecleanroomsystemwhichcontributetoitsoperationalintegrity(airhandling,filtrationsystems,walls,ceilings,floors,etc.)arecompleteandfunctioning.Thefollowingprimarytestsshallbecompletedpriortoperformingthecleanlinessclassificationtests:验收ACCEPTANCE温度和湿度等级的验收标准和要求应符合合同文件的规定Acce
19、ptablecriteriafortemperatureandhumiditylevelsandrequirementsshallbeasspecifiedinthecontractdocuments.6.6照度级测试LightingLevelTests照度测试的目的是核实安装后的照度级符合要求Thepurposeofthelightingleveltestsistoverifythatinstalledlightinglevelsmeetthespecifiedrequirements.灯具调节-LamPConditioning:a.新安装的高照度灯具或荧光3系统,在测定开始前至少要有100
20、个工作小时Forhighintensity,orfluorescentsystems,inrelativelynewlampinstallations,atleast100hoursofoperationshouldelapsebeforemeasurementsaretakenb.对于常规尺寸的白炽灯,调节时效为20个小时或更久Withincandescentlamps,seasoningisaccomplishedin20hoursormoreforcommonsizesc.高照度或荧光系统在测定开始前必须先点亮至少2个小时,以保障已获得正常工作输出和温度Ahighintensitydis
21、chargeorfluorescentsystemmustbeilluminatedforatleasttwohoursbeforemeasurementsaretakentobesurethatnormaloperatingoutputandtemperaturehasbeenattained测定条件-MeasurementConditions:a.亮度测定应该在实际工作条件下进行。该区域的所有照明包括普通照明、工作岗位照明和补充照明应可以正常使用Luminancemeasurementsshouldbemadeunderactualworkingconditions.Alllighting
22、intheareaincludinggenerallighting,tasklightingandsupplementarylightingshouldbeinnormaluse.b.测定应该在工作面的标高展开,从日光和电子照明设施都正常的指定工作点开始Measurementsshallbemadeatworksurfaceelevationandfromaspecifiedworkpointlocationwiththecombinationsofdaylightandelectriclightingfacilitiesavailable.c.核实这些空间的热状况稳定Verifythatth
23、ethermalconditionsofthespacearestabled.应注意并考虑到自然照明光源的影响Careandconsiderationshouldbegiventoidentifytheinfluenceofnaturallightingsources用测定格网用于覆盖工作面的代表区域。工作面上的任何阻碍物、包括柱子、高的设备、档案柜等都要在报告中反映出来-Ameasurementgridshallbedeterminedandshouldbepositionedtocoverarepresentativeareaoftheworkingplane.Anyobstructionsabovetheworkingplane,awayfromcolumns,tallpiecesofequipment,filingcabinetszetc.shallbenotedinthereport
