11、的所有其他设施、附带品和服务。3.3.7Subcontractors.3.3.7分包商ContractorshallnotemployanySubcontractor,supplierorotherpersonororganization,whetherinitiallyorasasubstitute,againstwhomOwnershallhavereasonableobjection.Ownerwillcommunicatesuchobjectionsinwritingwithinten(10)daysofreceiptofContractorsintenttousesuchSubcon
12、tractor,supplier,orotherpersonororganization.ContractorisnotrequiredtoemployanySubcontractor,supplierorotherpersonororganizationtofurnishanyoftheworktowhomContractorhasreasonableobjection.ContractorshallnotsubstituteSubcontractorswithouttheacceptanceofOwner.承包商对业主合理提出质疑的任何分包商、供应商或其他个人或组织,无论是最初还是作为替代

16、afteritsexecution.ContractoragreesthatOwnerhasnoobligationtorevieworapprovethecontentofsuchcontractsandthatprovidingOwnersuchcopiesinnowayrelievesContractorofanyofthetermsandconditionsoftheContractincluding,withoutlimitation,anyprovisionsoftheContractwhichrequiretheSubcontractortobeboundtoContractor

18、duringalldisputes,disagreements,oralternativeresolutionprocesseswithOwner.ContractorshallnotdelayorpostponeanyWorkbecauseofpendingunresolveddisputes,disagreements,oralternativeresolutionprocesses,exceptasOwnerandContractormayagreeinwriting.承包商应继续实施工程,并在与业主的所有争议、分歧或替代解决过程中遵守进度计划。承包商不得因未解决的争议、分歧或替代解决程
19、序而延误或推迟任何工作,除非业主和承包商以书面形式达成一致。3.3.9 Cleaning.3.3.9清理场地Contractorshallalways,keeptheSiteandtheWorkcleanandfreefromaccumulationofwastematerialsorrubbishcausedbytheconstructionactivitiesundertheContract.ContractorshallensurethattheentireProjectisthoroughlycleanedpriortorequestingSubstantialCompletionin

21、ployeesandallitsSubcontractors,theiragents,andemployees.Ownermayzinwriting,requireContractortoremovefromtheProjectanyofContractorDsoritsSubcontractorsemployeeswhomODRfindstobecareless,incompetent,unsafe,uncooperative,disruptive,orotherwiseobjectionable.承包商应对其雇员及其所有分包商、其代理人和雇员的作为和不作为承担责任。业主可以以书面形式要求承

23、dendaasprovidedintheAgreementortheOwner,sSpecialConditions.AdditionalcompletesetsofDrawingsandSpecifications,ifrequested,willbefurnishedatreproductioncosttotheentityrequestingsuchadditionalsets.ElectroniccopiesofsuchdocumentswillbeprovidedtoContractorwithoutcharge.6.1.2 提供的副本。承包商将免费获得协议或业主特殊条件中规定的成套

27、rovideaqualitycontrolplanspecifictothisProjectandacceptabletoOwner.WhereContractDocumentsdonotspecifyqualitystandards,complete,andconstructallWorkincompliancewithgenerallyacceptedconstructionindustrystandards.Unlessotherwisespecified,incorporateallnewmaterialsandequipmentintotheWorkundertheContract.
28、8.1 材料和工艺。承包商应按照合同文件的规定,以良好的工艺实施工程。承包商应制定并提供针对本项目的质量控制方案,并为业主所接受。如果合同文件没有规定质量标准,则应按照公认的建筑业标准来完成和建造所有工程。除非另有规定,否则应将所有新材料和设备纳入合同规定的工程中。8.2 Testing.8.2检测8.2.1 Ownerisresponsibleforcoordinatingandpayingforroutineandspecialtestsrequiredtoconfirmcompliancewithqualityandperformancerequirements,exceptasstat

34、合合同要求,证明责任仍由承包人承担,但须符合以下条件:8.5InspectionDuringConstruction.8.5施工期间的检查8.5.1 Contractorshallprovidesufficient,safezandproperfacilities,includingequipmentasnecessaryforsafeaccess,atallreasonabletimesforobservationand/orinspectionoftheWorkbyOwneranditsagents.8.5.2 承包商应提供足够的、安全的和适当的设施,包括安全通道所需的设备,在所有合理的时
35、间,供业主及其代理人观察和/或检查工程。8.5.3 ContractorshallnotcoverupanyWorkwithfinishingmaterialsorotherbuildingcomponentspriortoprovidingOwneranditsagentsanopportunitytoperformaninspectionoftheWork.8.5.4 承包商在为业主及其代理人提供检查工作的机会之前,不得用装修材料或其他建筑部件遮盖任可工程。8.5.2.1ShouldcorrectionsoftheWorkberequiredforapproval,Contractorsh
36、allnotcoverupcorrectedWorkuntilOwnerindicatesapproval.8.5.2.1 如果需要对工程进行变更以获得批准,承包商不得掩盖变更后的工程,直到业主批准。8.5.2.2 Contractorshallprovidenotificationofatleastfive(5)workingdayszorasotherwisemutuallyagreed,toODRoftheanticipatedneedforacover-upinspection.ShouldODRfailtomakethenecessaryinspectionwithintheagreedperiod,Contractormayproceedwithcover-upWork,butisnotrelievedofresponsibilityforWorktocomplywithrequirementsoftheContractDocuments.8.5.2.3 承包商应至少提前五(5斤工作日通知,或按双方商定的方式,向业主指定代表提供预计需要进行遮盖检查。如果业主指定代表未能在约定的时间内进行必要的检查,承包人可以继续进行掩盖工程,但不能免除工程的责任,以符合合同文件的要求。
