1、油漆规范要求PaintingSpecification1 GENERAL总贝!Thispaintingspecificationcoverstheminimumrequirementsfbrpaint,Hpplicablestandards,surfacepreparation,materialsused,inspection,safety,guarantee.本规定为本工程工作的最低要求,其中包括油漆、适用标准、表面处理、涂漆方法、质量检验、安全保证等方面。室外设备、管道(含埋地管道)、阀门,以及室外钢构架等油漆品牌采用海虹老人、佐敦、阿克苏诺贝尔国际、PPG,最终品牌、颜色由业主确认;室内

2、设备、管道、室内钢构架等油漆品牌、颜色投标方需报业主确认后实施。施工图、设备厂家或业主有特殊要求的,按照施工图、设备厂家和业主的规定执行。执行的规程规范有较高要求的,按照高标准执行。2 SCOPE范围Definitionscope:Thepaintingforequipments,pipingcomponents,steelstructureetc.Paintingfinishedinthefactoryoratsiteshouldaccordwiththisspecification.ThisSpecificationisnotincludedfire-proofcontent;Fire-p

3、roofcontentshouldbeshowninarchitecturedrawingordesignspecificationoffireprotection适用范围:设备,管道及管件,钢结构等的涂漆。在工厂或者现场完成的涂漆也应该遵照本规定进行。本涂漆规定不包含防火内容,防火要求在建筑图册或设计规定中规定。3 EXCLUSIONS涂漆例外Equipment,pipingcomponents,steelstructuremadeofcorrosionresistancematerialssuchasstainlesssteelsornon-ferrousalloys,exceptwher

14、acePreparationStandardsforPaintingSteelSurface涂漆钢表面处理5 GENERALREQUIREMENTS一般要求TheSELLERshallsubmittothePURCHASERitsownpaintingproceduresbasedonthepresentspecification.供货商应当向购买者提供基于本规定要求的涂漆方法。Equipmentandpipingshallbepaintedaftercompletionofallheattreatment,pressuretestandexamination.管线和设备在完成所有的热处理、压

15、力实验和检验后,才能进行涂漆工作。Allcoatingmaterials,includingsolvents,shallbeprotectedfromignitionsourcesandshallremainwithinstoragetemperaturesandstorageconditionsrecommendedbythepaintmanufacturer.所有的涂料,包括溶剂,应该远离火源按照制造商的建议确定保存环境和保存温度。Allcoatingmaterialsandsolventsshallbestoredintheoriginalcontainerbearingthemanuf

16、acturerslabelandinstructions.Eachproductshallhaveabatchnumbershowingyearandmonthofmanufactureandgivingfulltraceabilityofproduction.ShelflifeshallconformtothemanufacturersrecommendationsandshallbestatedintheProductDataSheet.所有的涂料溶剂应该保存在贴有制造商标签和使用说明的容器内。每种产品都应有生产日期和产品说明书。存放寿命应该遵从制造商的建议记录在产品数据表中。6 WORK

17、INGRULES工作规定6.1 SURFACEPREPARATION表面准备6.1.1 Oil,grease,wax,dirtandotherforeignmattersshallberemovedbycleaninganddegreasingbaremetalinaccordancewithSSPC-SPl.应用根据SSPC-SPl清洗和脱脂的方法去处金属表面的油脂、蜡、污点和其他外来杂物。6.1.2 Priortoabrasiveblasting,allburrs,sharpedges,slivers,laminationsandothersurfaceimperfectionsshall

18、bemadeflushorsmoothbymechanicalmeansasperISO12944-4.Alltorch-cutareasshallbegroundinordertoreachauniformsurfaceandtoremovethehardlayertogettherequiredroughness.喷砂处理前应该根据ISo129444用机械方法去除毛刺、突起和氧化皮,将尖角导圆。为了达到表面一致,所有的气割区域应该平整并且去除表面硬化层来达到要求的粗糙度。6.1.3 Allequipmentandstructuresshallbefullyprotectedfrommech

19、anicaldamage,ingressofabrasivesanddustfromblastcleaning.Openinginvessels,pipingandotherappurtenancesshallbeproperlyprotectedagainstentryofabrasivematerial.Beforeandafterblasting,allweldingseamsshallbecloselyinspectedforthepresenceofweldingfluxandspatters,slivers,inclusions,laminationsandunderlyingmi

20、llscales.Imperfectionsshallbemechanicallyremoved,weldingporosityandweldingpinholesshallbecorrectedandtheinvolvedareashallbereblasted.Surfacestobecoatedshallberendereddustfreepriortotheapplicationofeachcoatbyblowingthesurfacewithcleandryairorbyusinganindustrialvacuumcleaner.施工期间,开口的容器、管线和其它附件应该有适当的保护

21、,避免磨料的进入。喷砂前后,焊缝应该仔细检查,看是否有焊剂、飞溅物、裂纹、夹杂、氧化皮。这些缺陷可以用机械方法去除,焊孔和洞必须修复然后重新喷砂。在每次涂漆施工前涂漆表面应该完全的去除灰尘,这些可以通过清洁干燥空气吹扫或工业真空吸尘器来做到。6.1.4 SurfaceroughnessshallbecheckedasperISO8503-1requirementsandshallbeasperroughnessrequirementsspecifiedforeachpaintsystemorasspecifiedbythemanufacturer.表面粗糙度应该按照ISO8503-1的要求进行

22、检查,并且粗糙度应该符合每种油漆系统的要求。6.1.5 Metallicabrasivesshallbedry,clean,freefromcontaminantsandofatypeandsizeadequatetogiveanangularsurfaceprofileandroughnesstoISO8503asrequiredbytheapplicablepaintsystemandinaccordancewiththemanufacturersrecommendations.Blastingofcarbonsteelshallbeperformedwithangularchilledm

23、etallicabrasives.金属磨料(钢丸/钢砂)应该干燥、干净、无污染,具有能够达到制造商底漆要求硬度的类型和粒径。喷砂应该远离涂漆施工点和还未干燥的涂漆表面。6.1.6 Blastingshallextendoncutbackareasduringprefabricationbutshallbeleftunpainted(protectionbytape).Afterwelding,cutbackshallbeblastedaccordingparagraph7.2andpaintedaccordingthisspecification.Afterwelding,cutbacksha

24、llbeblastedandblastingshallcontinueaminimumof25mmontoadjoiningpreviouslycoatedsurfaces.Theedgesofpreviouscoatingshallbefeatheredbymeansofsweepblastingorsurfaceabrasionmethods.急转弯区域在预制时,喷砂应该延伸但是不进行涂漆(胶带保护)。焊接后,吹扫和涂漆按照7.2的要求进行。表面喷砂应该延伸至结合处涂漆表面最少25mm.已经涂漆的边缘应该用钢刷或者砂纸羽化处理。6.1.7 Surfaces,whichareimpracti

25、caltoblastcleanorcannotbeblastcleaned,maybepowertoolorhandtoolcleaned,uponwrittenpermissionfromContractor.Powerand/orhandtoolcleaningshallbeinaccordancewithSSPC-SP11,SSPC-SP3orSSPC-SP2,listedinorderofpreference.Powertoolcleaningshallnotbedonewithtoolsthatpolishthesurface.如果喷砂处理不现实或对临近设备有损害时,在经过总包方书面

26、批准后可使用手动或电动工具清理。手动和/或电动工具应该优先根据SSPC-SP11,SSPC-SP3orSSPC-SP2.电动工具不能用抛光表面用工具。6.1.8 Noacidwashes,cleaningsolutions,solventsorinhibitedwashesintendedtopreventrustingshallbeappliedtosurfacesafterabrasiveblastcleaningandpriortothefirstprimercoatapplication.完成喷砂后涂第一遍底漆前,酸洗、溶剂清洗、防腐剂等防锈方法不能使用。.6.1.9 Abrasive

27、materialshallcontainnoimpuritiesorpollutantsandshallcomplywithallapplicablelocalandnationalhealthregulations.AbrasivematerialsafterusedshallbetreatedashazardouspollutantincompliancewithcompliancewithIndonesiaenvironmentalregulationso金属磨料(钢丸/钢砂)不能包含杂质或污染物,遵循当地和国家施行的健康规范。使用后的金属磨料(钢丸/钢砂)应按印度尼西亚环境规则的规定进

28、行无害和无污染处理。6.1.10 Blastingisnotpermittedifthesurfacetemperatureofsteelislessthan3(5oF)abovetheairdewpointorifthesurfaceiswet.当钢表面是湿的或者低于空气露点3以上时喷砂是不允许的。6.1.11 Thecompressedairsuppliedforblastingshallbefreeofoilandwater.TestshallbeperformedasperASTMD4285.Pressureregulators,filters,separatorsandtrapssh

29、allbeprovidedandshallbefrequentlycheckedandemptied.用于吹扫的压缩空气不应该含油和水。测试依据ASTMD4285进行。压力调节器、过滤器、分离器、疏水器应该被提供,积液处要经常检查排液。6.1.12 Flangefacingshallbeprotectedwithsuitablemeans(tape.)beforeblastingoperation.WhereanabrasiveblastcleaningisrecognizedasimpossibleOrdamageableforthevicinity,manualand/ormechanic

30、alcleaningcouldbeused.Inthisprocess,dirtrust,loosemillscaleareremovedandthemetalsurfacepreparedbyhandchipping,scrapingorwirebrushing,orpreferablywherepossiblebypoweredhandtoolssuchaspoweredwirebrushesorneedlegunstoachievethestandardISO8504-3.Oncompletion,thesurfaceshouldhaveapronouncedmetallicsheen.

31、喷砂处理前法兰面应该采取措施加以保护(如:胶带)对于不能进行喷砂或者喷砂对邻近设施有损害的部位,可以使用手工或者机械的除锈方法。在这个过程中,这种情况下,污物、锈蚀、氧化皮可通过手工的铲、刷、刮或电动工具等方法去除,使表面达到ISO8504-3的要求.完成后,表面呈现明显的金属光泽。6.1.13 Imperfectionsshallbemechanicallyremoved,weldingporosityandweldingpinholesshallbecorrectedandtheinvolvedareashallbereblasted.Surfacestobecoatedshallbere

32、ndereddustfreepriortotheapplicationofeachcoatbyblowingthesurfacewithcleandryairorbyusinganindustrialvacuumcleaner.缺陷应该用机械方法去除,焊孔和洞必须修复,受影响的区域重新喷砂。在每次涂漆施工前涂漆表面应该完全的去除灰尘,这些可以通过清洁干燥空气吹扫或工业真空吸尘器来做到。1.1 APPLICATIONPROCEDURES,CONSTRAINTSANDQUALITY施工方法,强制措施和质量1.1.1 Thepaintshallbeappliedinaccordancewiththe

33、paintmanufacturerrequirements.PartiCUIarattentionshallbepaidtothinning,mixingandcuringtimesbetweensubsequentcoats.喷涂操作应该遵循油漆制造商的要求。应特别注意稀释、混合和两层油漆间的风干时间。1.1.2 Allpaintistobesuppliedfreshinsealedcontainersnotexceeding5literscapacity.Asufficientsupplyofallpaintistobemaintainedonsite,butnopaintistobeus

34、edwhichhasbeenstoredforlongerthan2monthsonsiteormanufacturedlongerthan6months.Thedateofarrivalatsiteshallbemarkedoneachcontainer.提供的所有油漆应装在密封容器里,容量不超过5公升。提供足够的现场补漆量,油漆的使用和储存不超过2个月,或者在生产日期不超过6个月内使用。到达的油漆应标明生产日期。1.1.3 Coatingshallbeappliedwithinfour(4)hoursofsurfacepreparationand/orbeforerustbloomoccu

35、rs.Shouldvisiblerustingoccurorthecleanedsurfacebecomeswetorotherwisecontaminated,thesurfaceshallberecleanedtothedegreepreviouslyrequired.涂漆应该在表面准备完成后4小时内生锈前进行.如果已经观察到锈蚀发生或者清理后变湿或者被污染,表面应该重新清理达到原来的要求。1.1.4 Paintingshallnotbeconducted:Whenthesurfacestemperaturesarelessthan3oCabovetheairdewpoint.Whenth

36、erelativehumidityoftheairisabove85%forepoxycoatingsand90%forzincsilicatecoating(subjectedtomanufacturersrecommendationcompliance)depositionofmoistureintheformofrainorcondensationuponthesurfaceCoatings.以下情况不应进行涂漆工作:当表面温度低于空气露点3以上时。环氧漆当空气相对湿度大于85%;硅酸锌漆当空气相对湿度大于90%(受制造商的推荐准则的影响);水蒸气形成雨或在表面凝结。1.1.5 Anyb

37、rushingshallbecarriedoutsuchthatasmooth,uniformlythickcoatisobtained.Deeppaintordetrimentalbrushmarksarenotacceptable.Paintshallbeworkedintoallcrevicesandcorners.Runsorsagsshallbebrushedoutbeforedrying.无论用何种涂漆方法,都应能保证涂层的光滑均匀。不允许深浅不一或者有害的刷痕。所有的缝隙和角落应该进行涂刷。油漆流痕在干燥前应被抹平。1.1.6 Allareassuchasexternalcorn

38、ersandedges,welds,bolts,nutsandinterstices(excludinggalvanizedsurfaces)shallreceiveastripecoatpriortoapplicationofthespecifiedcoat(excludingwithinorganiczincsilicateprimer)toensurethattheseareashaveatleasttheminimumspecifiedfilmthicknessandtoensurecontinuityofthecoating.在进行指定涂层施工前,所有的外角、边缘、焊缝、螺栓螺母、缝

39、隙(不包括镀锌表面)等区域进行事先涂刷一层条纹状漆(无机硅酸锌底漆除外),确保这些区域达到最小指定的厚度,从而保证涂层的连续性。1.1.7 Allareasthatshallbesubjecttoweldingafterpaintingshallbemaskedafterblastcleaning.Maskingshallbemadewithsuitableadhesivetapeandshallextendatleast50mmonallsidesoftheintendedweldarea.Allmaskingshallberemovedafterpainting.涂漆后将要焊接的区域在喷扫

40、后应用保护罩。保护罩可以用合适的胶带来做,覆盖范围至少为焊接区域向外扩大50mm。涂漆后所有的保护罩都应该取走。1.1.8 Nameplatesshallbesuitablymaskedbeforepainting.在喷砂和涂漆前铭牌应该被恰当的掩盖。1.1.9 Thecuredcoatingsshallbevisuallyfreeofpinholes,voids,bubbles,mudcracking,andotheruholidaysn.固化的油漆应该目视无针孔、气泡、裂纹和其它漏点。1.1.10 OSurfacesthatwillnotbeaccessibleaftererections

41、hallbepaintedby2layersofprimercoats(samematerialwiththoseofmainsurfaces)andinspectedbeforeassemblyatworkshop.在车间组装前不能涂漆的表面(与主体表面相同的材料)应该在组装前涂刷两遍底漆,并对其进行检查合格后。才能进行组装。1.1.11 1Priortoapplyasucceedingcoat,allcoatingsshallbeallowedtodryatsiteambientconditionsforatleasttheminimumtimespecifiedbythepaintman

42、ufacturer(generaltheovercoatingIntervalminimumtime8hours)andnolongerthanthemaximumtimeforsiteambientconditionsbeforeovercoating.Nocoatingshallbeappliedoverapreviouscoatingthatisnotthoroughlydry,exceptwhenawetonwetcoatingisrecommendedbythepaintmanufacturer.在进行下一道油漆之前,油漆涂层的干燥时间应该不小于在现场条件下油漆制造商指定的最小干燥时

43、间,(通常8小时),除非制造商的建议,否则在前一道油漆干燥前不得进行下一道油漆的施工。1.1.12 Surfacesthatarenotbecoatedshallbeproperlyprotectedfromabrasivesblastingandcoating.Anypaintdepositedonthesurfacesshallberemovedcarefully.不涂漆表面在喷砂和涂刷期间应进行适当的保护,沉积在表面的油漆应该清除。8 TOUCHUP修复Duringtheprocessofpainting,transportandconstruction,mechanicaldamage

44、willbeencountered.Allareaswithdamagethroughtothesubstrateandanyrustingevident,shallbespot-blastingtothepreferredsurfacepreparationasspecified:ISO8501Sa2.5verythoroughBlastCleaningwith25-90micronsprofiles,orpowertoolcleaningtoSSPCSP11(Nolessthan25micronsroughness).Abevelshouldbegrindedtoinsureaproper

45、appearanceandcorrosionproofpurpose.Powertoolcleaningshalloverlapaminimum25mmontoadjacentcoatedsurface,thenrecoatasperpaintsystemspecified.Ifthedamageisslight,onlythetopcoatisdamaged,recommendtoabradewiththesandpaper(80mesh),andtoachievethesmoothsurface,thentouchupthetopcoatonlywithairspray.在涂漆、运输和建设

46、过程中,会遇到机械损伤,所有被破坏的和有生锈迹象的区域,应该进行定点清扫达到表面准备的指定要求:ISO8501Sa2.5达到25-90um的完全清扫,或电动工具达到SSPCSP11(不小于25Um).坡口应该磨光确保得到正确的外观并起到防锈的目的。电动工具清理应该延伸到相接涂层内至少25mm.,然后按照涂漆系统的规定进行重涂.如果破坏很轻,仅仅面漆遭到破坏,建议用砂纸(80目)进行打磨得到平整的表面,然后仅使用喷涂来修补面漆。Duringthere-applicationofthepaint,caremustbeusedtoensurethateachcoatofpaintisonlyappl

47、iedwithinthefollowingareas.Theprimershallonlybeappliedtothesurfaceofthebaresteelandtheexistingprimer,whichhasbeenexposedbyfeathering,thefinishcoatshallnotextendbeyondtheareaswhichhavebeenfeatheredorlightsanded.Thefinishedsurfaceoftouchupareashallhaveasmoothevenprofilewiththeadjacentsurface.在油漆的重涂过程中

48、,一定要注意各层油漆仅在下列区域内使用。底漆仅在裸钢表面使用。经过羽化处理的底漆,面漆不应超过羽化的区域。经过修复后的区域表面应该具有和临近表面一样的光滑表面。9 INSPECTIONANDTESTING检验和测试Aninspectiontestplanshouldbeestablished,includingthefollowingitembutnotlimitedto:应该制定检验计划,包括但不限于下列项目a)phasesOfsurfacepreparationandcoatingshallbesubjectedtoinspections.表面处理和涂漆的各个阶段都应接受检查b)TheapplicatorshallrecordallbatchnumbersofanypaintusedtogetherwithIhecorrespondingsurfacecoated.施工方应该记录配套面漆和底漆的批次号c)Verifyambientandsubstratetemperaturesare3abovethedewpointtemperature.Dewpointandrelativehumidityshallbedeterminedusingaslingpsychrometerora
