1、工程技术人员质量责任书质量负责人质量责任书经公司技安科允许，在工程的施工中，由同志担任质量负责人。为保证工程保质保量的完成，现签定质量责任书：1、 施工员在施工过程并担任一切技术工作（建造测量、图纸会审、技术交底等），按照图纸设计要求及施工验收规范正确地进行施工。2、 担任施工中的班组配合、组织协调工作，合理组织施工，安排工程进度，并负责工程的各项准备工作的协调问题，保证工程的进度。3、 针对工程中遇到的各种技术问题，进行必要的处理，保证工程的质量与进度。4、 配合质检员进行质量检查工作发现问题及时处理，在工地中开展质量竞赛活动，调动泛博职工的工作积极性。5、 配合材料员进行材料采购计划的编制
