5、. 1一般要求Generalrequirements1、进场的每一批钢筋,都应提供出厂试验报告、铭牌;铭牌中提供的炉批号等信息应与出厂试验报告中相符。只有经TCM检查验收后才能用于施工。Eachbatchofre-barsdeliveredtothejobsiteshallbeprovidedwithmanufacturerstestreportandnameplate.Informationcontainedinthenameplatesuchasbatchnumberetc.shallbeinaccordancewiththatinthemanufacturer,stestreport.R

6、e-barscanbeusedforconstructiononlyafterbeingcheckedbyTCM.2、钢筋加工应以钢筋下料表为依据。钢筋下料表中应注明钢筋使用部位、规格型号、弯钩形式、弯折半径等详细要求。Preparationofreinforcementshallbebasedonthere-barschedule,whichshallindicatethedetailsofposition,specsandtypes,formofedgebendandbendingradiusetc.3、校保护层指最外层钢筋外边缘至模板内侧距离,在计算钢筋下料长度时应根据此进行调整。Con

11、箍筋的弯折半径r=2d.Thebendingradiusoftheoctagonaltypehoopedreinforcementr=2d.5.2主要工序施工方法Theconstructionmethodofthemainworkingprocedure钢筋制作流程如下:Thefabricationflowofsteelbarsisasfollows:5. 2.1材料验收materialacceptance进场的每一批钢筋,都应提供出厂试验报告。若无出厂试验报告,则应对进场钢筋进行抽查试验。各种规格型号的钢筋应分类堆放。对刚进场还没有报检的钢筋,应挂上待检的标识牌,对资料已提交给TCM但还批准

12、使用的钢筋挂上已送检的标识牌,对TCM已批准使用的钢筋挂上准用的标识牌。Eachbatchofbarsdeliveredtothejobsiteshallbeprovidedwithmanufacturer,Stestreports.Ifthereisnosuchreport,spottestshallbecarriedout.Barsshallbestoredbytheirspecsandtypes.Forthosesteelbarsdeliveredtothesitebutnotbeingchecked,tagthemwitha“tobechecked“markingcard.Fortho

13、sebarswhosedatahavebeensubmittedtoTCMbuthavenotbeenapprovedyetatthattime,tagthemwithausubmittedforapproval,markingcard.ForthosebarswhichTCMhasapprovedforuse,tagthemwithan“Acceptable”markingcard.5. 2.2钢筋下料制度Thesteelbarsmeasurementandcutting由土建工程师在熟悉图纸的情况下,考虑弯折部分的增减情况后计算得出。可根据钢筋表预先进行下料,检查弯钩长度,弯折半径,及箍筋

14、外皮尺寸,根据检查结果调整钢筋下料表,使加工成型的钢筋尺寸符合规范及TCM标准公差要求。对于尺寸较长的钢筋,计算下料尺寸时,考虑锚固、搭接长度及搭接接头位置。Thelengthofthebarsshallbecalculatedbythecivilengineerwhohasmadeagoodstudyofthedrawings,takingthebendingpartsintoconsideration.Trialcutofthebarsshallbeperformedaccordingtothebarscheduleandcheckthelengthoftheedgebends,bendi

15、ngradiusandtheoutsidesizeofthehoopedreinforcement.AdjustthebarscheduleaccordingtothecheckingresultsandmakethesizesoffabricatedbarsaccordwiththespecificationandTCMtolerancerequirement.Forthelongerbars,takethelengthforfixingandoverlapandtheoverlappositionintoconsiderationwhencuttingthem.5. 2.3钢筋制品的存放与

16、防护Thestorageandprotectionofthefabricatedbars对已加工成型的钢筋应注明钢筋使用部位、规格型号、数量分类堆放,并挂好标识牌。为防止雨水及地面蒸发水汽锈蚀钢筋,钢筋制品堆放场地底部应做隔离层,隔离层上覆盖防水塑料布,分类堆放的钢筋也用防水塑料布覆盖。Forthefabricatedbar,giveclearindicationofposition,specs,typesandquantityandstorethembytheirspecsandtagthemproperly.Makeisolationlayersonthelaydownyardandcov

17、eritwithwater-proofplasticclothtopreventthefabricatedbarsfromcorrosionbyrainandgroundvapor.5. 2.4骨架、底网钢筋预制Theprefabricationofframeandbottomnetbars对尺寸较小的基础,可将底网钢筋及柱子骨架钢筋预先成型,再运输至施工现场绑扎固定。Forfoundationsofsmallsize,thebottomnetbarsandframeworkbarsofcolumnsshallbeprefabricatedpriortotheirtransportationt

18、othesiteforinstallation.5 .2.5绑扎固定fixing1)柱子钢筋接头采用搭接,基础底板、楼板、梁钢筋接头可采用双面搭接焊,搭接长度为5d,焊缝宽度应大于O.7do焊条采用E5003,焊条使用前应烘干,存放在保温筒中。钢筋焊接前先预弯,预弯后应保证两根钢筋轴线在同一直线上,施焊时,引弧应在搭接钢筋的一端开始,收弧在搭接钢筋的另一端,弧坑应填满.Columnbarsjointsshallbeoverlappedandoverlapweldingshallbeusedforfoundationslabs,floorsandbeambars.Theoverlapweldin

19、glengthis5dandthegapshallbemorethan0.7d.UseE5003electrodestoweldthebarsanddrytheelectrodesbeforeuseandkeeptheminquivers.Pre-bendthebarsbeforeweldingthem.Ensurethatthea某iallinesofthetwobarsalignafterbending.Whenwelding,startthearcononeendoftheoverlapjointbarandendthearcontheotherendandthearcpitshallb

20、efilled.2)对于基础底板及楼板钢筋采用双层钢筋时,在上部钢筋下布置钢筋支撑,防止上部钢筋因自重产生下沉、钢筋弯曲变形。当板厚(30OmnI时,支撑钢筋可用8;当板厚500时,支撑钢筋可用中12;当板厚500时,支撑钢筋可用16。钢筋支撑间隔l2m布置。形状如下所示:Iftwolayersofbarsareusedforfoundationslabsandbuildingfloors,setsupportsundertheupperlayertoavoidbarsdeformationcausedbythebarsweight.Whenthethicknessofthefloor300m

21、m,use8barsassupports;Whenthethicknessofthefloor500mm,use16barsassupports.Setthesupportsatanintervalof12m.Theformisshownasfollows:3)梁柱结点可先将柱箍筋套在竖筋上,待梁钢筋安装完成后,再将柱箍筋调整后,绑扎固定。Toinstallthenodesofthebeams,putthehoopedreinforcementofthecolumnsontheverticalbarsandadjustandfixthehoopedreinforcementaftertheco

22、mpletionofthebeambarsinstallation.4)钢筋搭接处,应在中心和两端绑扎,箍筋要按设计要求加密布置。柱箍筋接头应交错布置在四角纵向钢筋上,箍筋四角与纵向钢筋交叉处均应绑扎牢固。Fi某thebarsinthemiddleandthetwoendsandsetthehoopedreinforcementaccordingtodesign.Thejointsofthecolumnhoopedreinforcementshallbemadestaggeredonthefourcornersoftheverticalbarsandthecrossingwherethefou

23、rcornersofthehoopedreinforcementandtheverticalbarscrossshallbesecurelyfixed.5)主梁、次梁、板交叉处钢筋布置,板筋在上,次梁居中,主梁钢筋在下。Forbarslayoutoncrossing,thefollowingsequenceshallbefollowed:floorbarsonthetop,secondarybeambarsinthemiddleandthemainbeambarsonthebottom.5.2.6钢筋保护层Steelbarscoverlayer对基础底板、楼板,可用水泥砂浆垫块垫在底网钢筋上进行控制,对柱子侧面的钢筋保护层,可在水泥砂浆垫块塞入铁丝,将垫块与柱箍筋绑扎到一起。Controlthebarsoffoundationbottomandfloorbyinsertingraiserblocksmadeofsand-cementslurryunderthefloornetbars.Forthesidebarscoverlayersofcolumns,fixtheraiserblockswithembededwireontothehoopedreinforcementofthecolumns.
