25、证项目的HSE管理体系的正常运作，随时检查HSE体系所需各种资源及其实施情况；设立项目安监站，安监站作为FICC在本项目设立的职能部门，具有监督检查和管理双重职能，负责全项目的HSE监督管理及HSE工作计划、安排、总结工作。2) ProjectManagersHSEResponsibilities项目经理HSE职责FullyresponsibleforHSEworkoftheprojectandrationaldeploymentandtheuseofsafetyresources,ensuringtheoverallenforcementofHSEdutyonthesiteandbeingr
26、esponsibleforallofresponsibilityinHSEmanagementsystemHEnsuringtheimplementationofHSEdocumentsofFICC.全面负责项目的HSE管理工作，合理配置和使用HSE资源，保证HSE义务在现场全面实施并对“HSE管理体系”中全部职责的有效运行负责；保证FICC所有HSE程序文件的贯彻执行；EstablishingHSEmanagementorganization,makingclearofall-personnelsafetyresponsiblesystemoftheprojectbyrealizingres
