7、toryofahundredyears,havemostlyseveraltodevelopastageasfollows:(1) Quietdintstage:ItfirstfromaJapaneseprofessorpassedtoharmtoprognosticatetheanti-earthquakedesigntheoriesthatputforwardwiththetheoriesunderstandingatthattimetothelimitedearthquake,beingapplicabletoonlyjustrigidbodystructure.Itdidntthink

8、characteristicandtheplacedifferencetoconsiderstructuretotheinfluencethatconstructsstructure.(2) Respondthetablestage:Alongwithvibratetorecordofobtainandthedevelopmentofthestructuredynamicstheories,theBiotaprofessoroftheUnitedStatesputforwardflexibilitytorespondtheconceptofthetablein1940,respondtheta

22、1994andJapaneseKobeearthquakein1995after,thebeautifuldayscholarputforwardagainaccordingtotheanti-earthquakedesignmethodofbehavior,itwasduringtheperiodofusagetomakethebuildingstructuresatisfyvariousrequeststhatusedfunctionaccordingtothebasicthoughtofbehavior.Traditionaccordingtothedesignmethoddissimi
