2、itywiththesaiddocumentsfortheLumpSums,rates,pricesandfeesinsertedbyusinAppendix2herewith.经仔细阅读了邀标书包括拟采用的合同条件和相关文件以及上述邀标书提到的与承包商有关的其他规定文件，在此，我们承诺按照我们在上述有关文件附件2中填入的固定总价、费率、价格和费用提供规定的服务。1. Weundertake,ifourBidisacceptedtocommencemobilizationwi
7、thin2daysafterreceiptofMagnasinstructionstocommenceorbysuchotherdateasmaybedeterminedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheContract我们承诺，一旦中标，我们将在收到麦格纳签发的开工令后2天内或其他根据合同条款规定的此类日期开始进场。4. Weundertake,ifourofferisaccepted,toenterintoaformalContractwithMagnaSuchanagreementshallcompriseallthedocumentsreferredt
8、ointhisFormofBidincludingtheSections,Schedules,AppendicesandAttachmentshereto,andanyBidclarificationcirculars我们承诺，一旦我们的报价被接受，我们将与麦格纳签订正式合同。此合同应包括本投标格式所包含的所有文件包括各部分、各表、各附件和各附录以及任何相关的标书澄清文件。UnlessanduntilaformalContractispreparedandexecuted,thisBid,togetherwithyourwrittenacceptancethereof,shallconstit

ThisBidshallremainvalidforaperiodof90daysoranyagreedperiodofextensionwithMagna,asrequiredbytheInstructionstoBidder.ShouldwewithdrawourBidduringthevalidityperiod,weunderstandthatMagnawilltreatsuchwithdrawalasadefaultandbreachoftheInvitation.根据本投标须知要求，投标书有效期应达90天或为与麦格纳达成的任何延长
11、时期。我们承诺，如果我们在有效期内撤消我们的投标书，则麦格纳将以违约或违反邀标书规定来处理此类撤消。7. ThisBidisourentireoffertoMagnaandexceptasprovidedforinthisFormofBid,itisnotqualifiedorsupplementedbyanyotherdocumentorunderstanding.本投标书是我们提交给麦格纳的报价的全部内容，除本投标格式中另有规定外，其他任何文件或理解均不能构成对报价的完善和补充。8. Weundertake,ifourBidisnotaccepted,toreturnallBiddocum

WeunderstandthatyouarenotboundtoacceptthelowestoranyBidyoumayreceiveortoassignareasonfortherejectionofanyBid我们理解，贵方没有义务去接受最低报价或你们可能收到的任何标书，且没有义务为拒绝投标书提供任何解释。10. Weconfirmthatwehavetakeni
