RESEARCHMETHODTheprojecthostedaWorkshopinwhichincludedkeynotespeeches,bestpracticecasestudies,paneldiscussionsandfieldvisits.Inordertoachievegenderequality,femaleparticipantsfromA
17、PECeconomieswereinvited,includingexpertsandspeakersofAPECdelegations,policymakers,economicrepresentatives,regionaldevelopmentagencies,SMEparticipants,academia,researchinstitutions,andprivatecompanyrepresentativestoshareinformationandprovideopinions.Participantswererequiredtocompleteandreturnapost-ev
18、entsurveyaftertheWorkshop.Inthissurvey,eachparticipantwasencouragedtosharetheirviewsandadviceontheWorkshop,simpactandefficiencyaswellaspossiblesuggestionsandpolicyimplicationsforfutureAPECrelatedcooperationprogramsandactivities.2. RESEARCHTARGET(BENEFICIARIES)PrimarybeneficiariesweretheWorkshopparti
19、cipantswhichincludedhighormidlevelgovernmentofficialsworkingintheTVETareas,suchaseducationalagenciesinAPECeconomiesandMinistryofEducationinChineseTaipei,andUniversitypresident/dean/representativesworkinginindustry-academiacooperationinthefieldsofAl-embeddedanddigitaltalenttraining.Thesepolicymakersw
