15、upplementaryvolumesFormelQCapability,For-melQCapabilitySoftwareandtheFormelQNewPartsIntegralinclusivetheattachmentbrandspecificsupplements.Thesupplementarypublicationsineachcaseareinkeepingwiththeevaluationandsupportofsuppliersinordertoobtainandmaintainahigh-qualityandsustaineddeliverycapability.Vol
16、kswagenGroupensuresthatthesupplierreceivesaccesstotherequiredcustomercriteriaandrequirementsbymeansofactivationontheONE.KBP.Thesemustbetakenintoaccountincalculatingtheoffer.IfthesupplierisenabledontheGroupBusinessPlatformztheDUNSnumbersforthecontractdevelopment(forhardwareand/orsoftware),thelogistic

20、ers(e.g.forfield,OkmandCKDcomplaints)apply.Thesuppliermustobtainthereferenceddocumentsonhisownresponsibility.Thesuppliermusttakeallaforementioneddocumentsintoaccountwhenpreparinghisofferandassuresbysubmittingtheofferthatheisawareofthem,acknowledgesthem,complieswiththemandisresponsiblefortheimplement
21、ationoftherequirementsinhissupplychain,includingassignedaddedvalue(e.g.subcontractors,plantsuppliers,outsourcedmanufacturingprocesses,processstepsthroughoutsourcing,partialproductionatsecondlocations,extendedworkbenches,contractordermanufacturing).Thewarrantyprovisionsinaccordancewiththecontractorth
22、etermsandconditionsofpurchaseforproductmaterialoftherespectivecustomeraswellasanyexistingseparatelyconcludedwarrantycontractsremainunaffectedandtakeprecedenceintheeventofcontradictions.InformationarisingoutofthebusinessrelationshipmaybesharedwithotherVolkswagenGroupCompanies.Thedisclosureofconfident
23、ialinformationbythesuppliertoexternalthirdpartiesmayonlytakeplacewiththewrittenconsentofthecustomer.Theexternalthirdpartiesaretobeboundtosecrecy.1 Request,offerpreparationandgeneralrequirements1.1 OfferprerequisitesBeforetheofferiscreated,thecompletesupplierspecificationsfortheproductionanddevelopme
24、nt-relatedsitesmustbeenteredbythesupplierontheONE.KBPandthenregisteredinthesupplierdatabase(LDB)withtheirDUNSnumber.Thisincludesthefollowing: thenameoftheproductconformityofficer thenameoftheQAcontactperson, thenameoftheSecuritycontactpersonand Informationonthequalitymanagement,environmentalandTISAX
25、certificatesissued.Thesuppliermustalsoapplytheserequirementstoitssupplychain.Allentriesinthesupplierdatabasemustbekeptup-to-date.Ifanyinformationismissing,thesupplierwillbeomittedfromthegroupofbidders.1.1.1 DocumentationThecustomerisentitledtorequestthatthesupplierissuecopiesofdocumentsthatarenecess
26、aryforcheckingorverifyingthecorrectimplementationofqualityassurance(e.g.partshistory,testsequenceplan,testrecords,individualpartsdrawings,safety-chemicallyrelevantrecipes,productionlayout).Iftheseniormanagementofthesupplierdecidethatitisnotpossibletoissuecopiesforreasonsofconfidentiality,itmustbepos
27、sibletoatleastviewthedocuments.AlldocumentsmustbeavailableinGermanorinthelanguageagreedwiththecustomer.Inthelattercase,atranslationintoEnglishmustalsobeprovided.1.1.2 CorrespondenceandcontactpersonThesupplierwillensurethatthecustomerisprovidedwithacontactpersonauthorizedtomakedecisionsoverthecourseo
28、ftheprojectuntiltheendofservice(EOS).Ifnecessary,apermanentrepresentationbyaresidentmustbedecideduponincoordinationbetweenthesupplierandthecustomer.Aprescribedlanguageforcontactpersonsandresidentsmustbeagreedwiththecustomeronaproject-specificbasisfortheprojectandseriesproductionphases.Ifnospecificag
29、reementshavebeenmade,itmustbeensuredthatthereisaGerman-speakingcontactpersonandcorrespondencewiththecustomerispossibleinGermanatalltimesupuntilEOS.1.1.3 ITsystemsForcooperationbetweenthesupplierandthecustomer,theuseofapplications(particularlyLDB,KPM,KVSzLION,BeOn)inthesecureareaoftheONE.KBPisrequire
30、d(paymentforthismaybenecessary).Thisaccordinglyrequiresthesuppliertoregisterforthesecurearea(login)andaccepttheindividualapplicationsbeforetheawardofcontract.Theuseofthesystemsisanessentialprerequisiteforcomponentclassificationandapproval,thefaultrectificationprocessandthetransferofdigitalmeasuremen
31、tdata.1.1.4 .Compliancewithenvironmental,material,statutoryandregulatoryregulationsDuringthecontractperiod,thesupplierisobligedtoensurethatitsproductscomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulationsworldwide,aswellasstatutoryorofficialdecisions.Thesupplierwillcontinuetomonitorandensurecomplianceevenafterth
32、eproductshavebeenhandedovertothecustomer.Thesupplierwillensurethattheproductsthatarethesubjectmatterofthiscontractfullycomplywiththeenvironmental,materialandsubstancerequirementsdefinedinVW91100,VW91101zVW91102andVW50156.Thesuppliermustensurethatcomponents,operatingsuppliesandprocessmaterialswhichre
33、mainonthevehicleorareintendedforthesupplyofsparepartscanbeusedworldwideinaccordancewiththerespectivestatutoryrequirementsforsubstancesandmaterials(e.g.chemicals,heavymetals,persistentorganicpollutantsandbiocides).Thesameappliestooff-boardsystems,e.g.charginginfrastructure,whichareusedinconjunctionwi
34、ththevehicle.Theintendedusesandlegaldeadlinesmustbetakenintoaccountineachcase.ThesuppliermustinformthecustomerabouttherequirementsanddeadlinesspecifiedinVW91101andVW50156onthematerialcomposition.Furthermore,thesuppliermustinformthecustomerimmediatelyofanychangestothematerialcomposition,inquiriesbyst
35、ateauthoritiesanddoubtsregardingtheworldwideusabilityofcontractualproductsandinitiatemeasuresincoordinationwiththecustomer.1.1.5 UseofrecycledmaterialTheuseofrecycledmaterial(incl.regranulatedmaterial)iszifnotstipulatedinthetechnicaldocuments(e.g.drawingorcomponentspecifications)ofthecustomer,onlype
36、rmittedwiththewrittenapprovalofthecustomersDevelopmentandQualitydivisions.1.1.6 RequirementsforsuppliercompliancewithESDregulationsTherequirementsofthecomponentspecifications,thetechnicaldrawing,DINEN61340andtheVWstandard80132ESDGuidelinesforAutomotiveManufacturersmustbecompliedwithinassembly,packag
37、ingandlogisticsforESD-relevantcomponents,assembliesandpurchasedparts.Allrelevantemployeesateachjoblevelmustbetrainedaccordingly.1.1.7 CybersecuritymanagementThesupplierisobligedtoprovethathiscybersecuritymanagementsystemisnotonlycompliantwithspecificcustomerrequirementsbutalsowiththerequirementsofIS
38、O21434.Asaprerequisiteforacontractfortherespectivedevelopmentsite,alongwiththerequirementsofFormelQ,thesuccessfulauditcertificate(A,B)inaccordancewithVDAAutomotiveCybersecurity-ManagementSystem-Audif,mustbepresentedforcybersecurity-relevantsoftwareandhardware,includingmodules.1.2 RequestdocumentsThe
39、suppliermustcheckallrequirementsoftherequestdocumentswithregardtocompleteness,consistency,feasibilityandthecurrentstateoftheartandreportanomaliestothecustomerinwriting.Ifanyamendments/additionsarerequired,forexamplewithregardtosoftware,paintquality,residualdirt,safetyequipment,(airbags,etc.),theywil
40、lbeclarifiedwiththerespectivetechnicaldepartmentsofthecustomerbeforetheofferiscreated(e.g.productdevelopment,productionprocessandproductrequirements)andwillbedocumentedinwriting.1.2.1 SuppliersdutytoobtaininformationThesupplierisresponsibleforobtainingthedocumentsreferencedintherequestdocuments.Cust
41、omer-specificdocumentsareprovidedontheONE.KBP.1.2.2 TestequipmentandgaugesAnappropriategaugeandtestequipmentconceptmustbepartofthescopeoftheoffer.Suitabletestequipmentforproductqualificationandaccompanyinginspectionsattheproductionsitemustbeavailableforindividualpartsaswellasassemblies.Thetestequipm
42、entmustbeprocuredsothatallrelevantcharacteristicscanbechecked.Ifatestbymeasurementisnotpossible,contourgaugesorreferencepartsagreedwiththecustomershallbeprovidedastestequipment.ThetestequipmentcapabilityofalltestequipmentusedmustbeverifiedbyexaminationbythelatestbythepartsprovisiondeadlinefortheVFFa
43、ndbyEOSinaccordancewithVDAvolume5,inparticularCertificateofMeasurementSystemCapabilityw.Inconsultationwiththecustomer,theverificationcanalsobeperformedinaccordancewithAIAGMeasurementSystemsAnalysis.Forcomponentsthatareassembledbythesupplier(e.g.assembliesmodules)zadditionalsuitableassemblytestequipm
44、ent(e.g.partialmasterjigs,installationoradd-oncubes)mustbecreatedwithsuitablemeasuringsystemsforindependentassessmentandcoordination.Ifmodificationsaremadetocomponents,thetestequipmentandgaugesaffectedmustbeadaptedimmediatelyincoordinationwiththecustomer.1.3 SupplierconceptdevelopmentAfterconsultati
45、onwiththecustomer,thesupplierwillprepareanoffer,thecontentofwhichwillvarydependingonthescopeofdevelopmentandwhichmustconsiderleastthefollowingitems: Descriptionofstructuraldesign(e.g.geometry,materials,functions,software).
