21、oyorS31603austeniticstainlesssteel.6061aluminumalloyextrudedrodsshallcomplywiththeprovisionsofGB/T3191,andforgingsshallcomplywiththeprovisionsofGB/T32249orYS/T479.S31603austeniticstainlesssteelbarsshallcomplywiththeprovisionsofGB/T1220,andforgingsshallcomplywiththeprovisionsofNB/T47010.TheNicontento

22、fS31603austeniticstainlesssteelshouldbenotlessthan12%,andthesectionshrinkagerateshouldnotbelessthan70%;forparts,materialswithastressvaluegreaterthan25%ofguaranteedvalueoftensilestrengthunder1.25timesthenominalworkingpressure,shouldalsosatisfythattheNiequivalentisnotlessthan28.5%(Niequivalentcalculat

24、ingtotheprovisionsof6.1.3and6.1.4.5.1.2 Non-metailicsealmaterials5.1.2.1 Non-metallicsealmaterialsshouldhavetheoriginalqualitycertificateprovidedbythematerialmanufacturer,oracopyofthequalitycertificatewiththeofficialsealofthematerialbusinesscompanyandthesignature(seal)ofthepersonincharge.Thequalityc

25、ertificateshouldincludethehardness,tensilestrength,elongationatbreak,etc.ofthenon-metallicsealmaterial.5.1.2.2 Non-metallicsealsshouldbemadeofmaterialswithgoodcompatibilitywithhigh-pressurehydrogen,andthepropertiesofthesealmaterialsshouldmeettherequirementsof6.7.5.2 Designandfabric5.2.1 Theassemblyv

26、alveusedonhigh-pressurehydrogenstoragecylindersforvehiclesthatcannotbedisassembledduetothestructuraldesignofthevehiclebodyhasadesignservicelifeofnotlessthan15years;theassemblyvalveusedonhigh-pressurehydrogenstoragecylindersforothervehicleshasadesignservicelifeofnotlessthan6years.5.2.2 Theassemblyval

27、veshouldhavethefollowingfunction:a) One-waycut-offfunction,whenthepowerisnoton,hydrogencanbefilledintothecylinderthroughtheassemblyvalveinonedirection,andatthesametime,thegasinthecylindercanbepreventedfromflowingoutinreverse;b) Safetypressurerelieffunction,inspecialcasessuchasfire,thegasinthecylinde

28、rcanbeautomaticallyreleasedthroughtheassemblyvalveTPRD;c) Temperaturemonitoringfunction,whichcanmonitorthegastemperatureinsidethecylinder;d) Manualopeningandclosingfunction,thevalvecanbeopenedorclosedbymanualoperation;e) Automaticopeningandclosingfunction,thevalvecanbeopenedorclosedbyelectricsignal.

29、5.2.3 Assemblyvalveshouldcarryoutfiniteelementstressanalysis.Under2.5timesthenominalworkingpressure,thestressofeachpartofthevalveshouldnotbegreaterthantheguaranteedvalueoftheyieldstrengthofthevalvematerial.5.2.4 Thethreadspecificationsoftheinletandoutletportsofassemblyvalvesshalladoptstraightthreads

30、inaccordancewithGB/T192,GB/T196,GB/T197orGB/T20668,orotherthreadsinaccordancewiththecorrespondingstandards.5.2.5 Theassemblyvalvethreadshouldbecheckedforstrength,andtheshearstresssafetyfactorofthethreadat1.5timesthenominalworkingpressureshouldnotbelessthan4.Thecalculationmethodofthreadshearstresssaf

31、etyfactorshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewithAnnexA.5.2.6 Fusiblealloysorglassbubblesshouldbeusedforsafetypressurereliefdevices,andtheoperatingtemperatureis(1105)C.Fusiblealloysandglassbubblesshouldcomplywiththestandardsforsafetypressurereliefdevicesforgascylinders.Thesafetypressurereliefchanneloftheas

32、semblyvalveshouldbeindependentandshouldnotbeconnectedwithotherfunctionalchannels.Onlyonesafetypressurereliefdevicecanbeinstalledoneachsafetypressurereliefchannel.5.2.7 Thevalveshouldbeforgedandformed,andthereshouldbenodefectssuchascracks,wrinkles,inclusions,looseness,andshrinkagecavities.5.2.8 O-rin
