1、施工技术交底书技术交底内容:1 .技术交底范围Sxx高速公路项目盖板涵盖板预制施工。2 .设计情况(1)盖板涵盖板预制参照设计图。(2)盖板混凝土浇筑应连续,一次成形,每片预制板总时间不宜超过2ho(3)预制盖板必须在混凝土强度达到设计强度的85%以上时才能进行脱模、移动和堆放,预制盖板堆放、吊装时应在板块端部采用两点搁置和吊装,吊点位置宜在距离端部1030cm区域内,不得将顶底面倒置,吊装时应采取措施防止预制板碰撞损坏、落梁。(4)当涵洞为斜交时,涵身中部以预制正交盖板或现浇正交盖板铺设,两端以端部预制或现浇斜交盖板铺设。(5)盖板混凝土为C35,钢筋为HRB400,净保护层为35mm。(6

4、49.76mm2满足条件。3.钢丝绳计算(1)1-2m涵洞盖板l-2m涵洞盖板根据填土高不同其结构尺寸分为以下2种,2.36*0.99*0.25m、2.36*0.99*0.35m,盖板重量分别为1.4t、1.96t,拟采用双吊点起吊,取最重的L96t盖板进行计算,根据路桥施工计算手册第481页计算可得:当吊索与盖板水平夹角为60。时:S=19.6/(2sin60o)=11.32KN;Nl=11.32cos60o=5.66KN;当吊索与盖板水平夹角为45。时:S=L96/(2sin45o)=13.86KN;Nl=13.86cos45=9.8KN;依据建筑施工手册(12.3.1.3)P822页计算

8、.99*0.45m、4.56*0.99*0.55m,盖板重量分别为4.87t、5.96t,拟采用4个吊点起吊,取最重的5.96t盖板进行计算,根据路桥施工计算手册第481页计算可得:当吊索与盖板水平夹角为60。时:S=59.6/(2sin60o)=34.41KN;Nl=34.41cos60o=17.21KN;当吊索与盖板水平夹角为45。时:S=5.96/(2sin45o)=42.1KN;Nl=13.86cos45=29.77KN;依据建筑施工手册(12.3.1.3)P822页计算钢丝绳的容许拉力(安全荷载)按下式计算:S=SbK1其中Sb=Pg5查表得6X37-21.5mm(1700mpa)的
