18、anemainlargepartslifting桥架吊装(优先考虑A方法)Craneframelifting(preferMethodA)桥架吊装顺序(两种方法:本次吊装如条件允许那么采用主梁与端梁组合吊装,即“B”法)Craneframeliftingsequence(twomethods:iftheconditionisOk,thisliftingadoptcompoundingliftingofmainbeamandendbeam,thatisMethodB”)A方法:先吊装两端梁与联系梁组成的两端梁组就位,并加以固定,然后先吊装靠右侧的一根主梁,再吊装第二根主梁。先吊装上的主梁通过葫芦

19、牵引安装间右端,腾出第二根梁的吊装位置。MethodA:Firstlifttwoendbeamgroupthatcomposetwoendbeamswithconnectionbeamtotheexactposition,andfix,thenfirstliftonemainbeamnearrightside,againliftthesecondmainbeam.Liftuppermainbeamanddrawtorightsideoferectionbaybychainblock,emptytheliftingpositionofthesecondbeam.B方法:先把主梁与各自端梁在安装间

20、组合,装入电气柜、电动葫芦、司机室等,再先吊装靠机组段的大梁就位后,用葫芦牵引向机组段移动并固定,腾出第二根梁的吊装位置,然后吊入两主梁组的联系梁,穿入销轴,调整销轴位置,同理进行另一根大梁的吊装。MethodB:Firstcomposethemainbeamandeachendbeamonerectionbay,installelectricalcubicle,electricalblock,drivercabinetetc,thenafterliftthebigbeamnearunittotheexactposition,drawittowardsunitsectionandfixbych

21、ainblock,emptytheliftingpositionofthesecondbeam,thenliftintotheconnectionbeamoftwomainbeamgroup,putintopin,adjustpinposition,theliftingofotherbigbeamissame.a)桥机桥架吊装步骤Liftingstepsofcraneframe1. 用XXT平板拖车将四根端梁及两根联系梁运进安装间,分别将两根端梁及一根联系梁组成一个端梁组,加以固定后用XXXT吊车按编号分别吊上两侧端梁组,先找正两端梁组的纵轴位置及对角线偏差在5Him以内,然后用葫芦及千斤顶并

22、加支撑固定,不得使端梁组发生移位。TransportfourendbeamsandtwoconnectionbeamsintotheerectionbaybyXXTplatformtrailer,separatelycomposetwoendbeamsandoneconnectionbeamtooneendbeamgroup,andseparatelyliftendbeamgroupoftwosidesaccordingtothenumberbyXXXTmobileCraneafterfix,firstcentertheverticalaxispositionoftwoendbeamgroup

23、andthedifferenceofdiagonaliswithin5mm,thenfixbychainblockandjackwithsupport,don,tmakeendbeamgroupshift.ii.在大梁上按要求焊设吊耳,用XX吨平板将桥机主梁拖运到安装间,横向停靠在XX吨汽车吊前方,其中的一主梁运进安装间后,如在拖车上无法进行电动葫芦安装,那么将其卸下放于事先准备的钢支墩上进行电动葫芦安装,安装完毕后,将电动葫芦固定在大梁的中部;(注意将主梁的重心放置在起重桅杆的吊点下)。并按顺序从里到外将大梁内的电气盘柜安装就位。Weldliftinglugonthebigbeamaccor

24、dingtotherequirements,transportthemainbeamofbridgecranetotheerectionbaybyXXTplatformtrailer,horizontallystopinfrontofXXTmobilecrane,afteroneofmainbeamtransporttoerectionbay,ifcan,tinstalltheeletricalblockontheplatformtrailer,thenremoveitandinstallelectricalblockonsteelsupportsthatarepreparedbefore,f

25、ixtheelectricalblocktothemiddleofthebigbeamafterfinishinstallation;(payattentiontothegravitycenterofthemainbeamputundertheliftingpointOfhoistingmast),andinstallelectricalpanelinsidethebigbeamtorightpositionfrominsidetooutsideaccordingthesequence.iii.用XX吨汽车吊将主梁吊起比驾驶室高度高出约200mm,并在梁的两端系上溜绳用来控制主梁的稳定,按要求

26、装配桥机驾驶室(注意:主梁吊点焊设时,考虑驾驶室重量进行吊点分配)。1.iftthemainbeamhigher200mmthantheheightofthedrivercabinetwithXXTmobilecrane,andtietheropesonthetwosidesofthebeamforcontrollingthestabilityofmainbeam,assemblythedrivercabinetaccordingtotherequirements(attention:duringweldtheliftingpointofthemainbeam,considertheweigh

27、tofthedrivercabinettoallocatetheliftingpoint).iv.通过回转XX吨桅杆,使主梁长度方向避开轨道梁牛腿及两端梁组。TurntheXXTmast,makethedirectionofmainbeamlengthkeepawayfromthelegofrailbeamandtwoendbeamgroups.v.查汽车吊及主梁平安状况,各吊点的情况,确保平安前方可继续起吊,直到将主梁起吊超过两端梁组的顶面高程。Checksafetystatusofmobilecraneandmainbeam,andstatusofeachliftingpoint,afte

28、rtheyaresafethencancontinuelifting,tillliftthemainbeamexceedthetopsurfaceelevationoftwoendbeamgroups.vi.旋转桅杆,将主梁旋转到与两端梁组的顶面平行,待主梁稳定后下降吊钩,待主梁与两端梁组的顶面相差约IOomm时,插入导向杆,待距离相差约IOmm时穿入两定位销钉及联接螺栓,(调整时,可用葫芦稍微移动大梁),然后将主梁落在端梁上,按要求紧定联接螺栓。Tumthemast,makethemainbeamparallelwiththetopsurfaceoftwoendbeamgroup,after

30、ndtighttheconnectionboltsaccordingtotherequirements.vii.通过葫芦将主梁及两端梁组向安装间靠机组方向移动一定位置,为后续主梁的吊装腾出位置。Movethemainbeamandtwoendbeamgroupstoerectionbaynearunitbychainblock,emptytheplaceforliftingoflatermainbeam.viii.同理吊装另一根主梁就位。Sameasaboveliftanothermainbeamtotheposition.b)也可采用以下方法进行桥架吊装:1.iftthecraneframe

31、bythefollowingmethodalso:i. 首先在场外将两行走台车与主梁按厂家编号进行组装(按要求将电气柜、电动葫芦等装入相应大梁内),在大梁上按要求焊设吊耳,用XX吨汽车吊将相应的两根端梁与主梁连接组成的一个主梁组吊装上轨道(吊装时,用两个5T葫芦加钢丝绳拴住两端梁外侧挂在XXT汽车吊吊钩上,以保证吊装过程中,大梁组顶面不偏斜),并用葫芦、拉码、枕木等进行稳定,然后吊入两主梁的联系梁就位;Firstassemblytwotravelingtrolleysandmainbeamoutsideofthesiteaccordingtothefactorynumber(installth

32、eelectricalcubicle,electricalblocktotherelativebigbeamaccordingtotherequirements),weldtheliftinglugonthebigbeamaccordingtothebigbeam,liftingonemainbeamgroupthatconnecttherelativetwoendbeamswiththemainbeamtotherailbyXXTmobilecrane(duringlifting,tietheoutsideoftwoendbeambytwo5Tchainblockandwireropeand

33、hangontheliftinglugofXXTmobilecrane,inordertoensurethetopsurfaceofbigbeamgroupnotdeflectduringlifting),andstabilizebychainblock,crosstie,etc,thenlifttheconnectionbeamoftwomainbeamstotheposition;进行第二根主梁吊装,同理用XX吨汽车吊将相应的两根端梁与主梁连接组成的另一个主梁组吊装上轨道,移位调整两根主梁的位置,并用葫芦、拉码、枕木等进行稳定。1.iftingthesecondmainbeam,samea

34、saboveliftinganothermainbeamgroupthatconnecttherelativetwoendbeamswiththemainbeamtotherailbyXXTmobilecrane,moveandadjustthepositionoftwomainbeam,andstabilizebychainblock,crosstie,etc.ii. 利用葫芦调整两主梁的位置进行联系梁销孔对正,穿入销轴,进行主梁各尺寸检验合格后,利用枕木及钢楔塞住大车架以免移位影响下步吊装。Adjustthepositionoftwomainbeamsforcenterthepinhole

36、XX吨汽车吊装方法。吊装步骤:1.iftingmethod:thesmalltrolleyofbridgecraneadoptthemethodofoneXXTmobilecranelifting.1.iftingstep:将XXXT汽车吊顺轨道方向布设,吊点驾驶室尽可能靠近上游墙,吊车的桅杆中心与两主梁组的中心线同方向;ArrangeXXXTmobilecranealongtheraildirection,liftingpointdrivercabinetisnearupstreamwallasforaspossible,thecenterofmobilecranemastandthecenterlineoftwomainbeamgroupsisthesamedirection;小车各部件运进安装间后,让平板拖车停在XXXT吊车的桅杆底部卸车,在安装间分台将主小车架按图纸要求组成一个整体,并检查其结构尺寸
