1、卷帘门安装作业指导书Installationinstructionofroll-upshutter卷帘门包括防火卷帘门和普通卷帘门。普通卷帘门的传动方式有手动、电动与手动组合传动两种。电动兼手动式的，在正常情况下用电动启闭，当遇到临时停电或其他意外时，则可用手动开闭。operatedbymanualandelectriccombinemanaLinnormalwayitisoperatedbyelectricbymanualwhenfacepowercut.1、卷帘门安装施工准备Preparationforinstallation(1)洞口准备：Preparationforwalltowall
2、0、检查洞口尺寸与卷帘门尺寸是否相符，卷帘门预留洞口的尺寸，可按3m洞口选用，一般洞口宽度和高度均不宜超过5m0Checkingwalltowallwhetherconsistwithdoorsize,thesizeofwalltowallis3m,FiormaIIyJheheightandwidthofwalltowalldontexceed5m.b、检查洞口的导轨预埋件和支架预埋的位置、数量是否正确。Checkthelocationandquantityofthetrackpre-bilt-iandbracketpre-built-iniron.辅助材料准备：预埋铁件、连接垫板、膨胀螺栓、
3、射钉、螺钉、电焊条及防火装置等。Subsidiarymaterial:pre-built-iniron,connectplate,expensiobolt,shootnailscrew,electricweldingstripandfireproofdeviceetc.(3)机具准备：电焊机、手电锯、冲击电钻、射钉枪、手锤、铁凿、螺丝刀、水平尺、铁角尺、钢卷尺、吊线坠、粉线包及电工用具等。Tools:electricweldingmachine,shootnailgunzelectricsaw,electricdrilljronChiseLironhammer,screwdriver,leve
4、lruler,steelrollruler,anglerlerzlinebag,plummetandotherelectrictools.作业条件Workcondition0、已按设计规范设计的卷帘门，按其型号查阅该产品说明书并熟悉电气原理图。Accordingtoroll-upshuttermodeltocheckproductspecificationandbefamiliarwithelectrictheory.b、检查卷帘门及其零附件的质量和表面处理，均应达到了合格水平。Checkqualityandsurfaceconditionofshuttersurfaceconditionan
5、ditsparts,allofthemmustcheckout.c、对卷帘门和零部件的各部位基本尺寸进行测量，与设计院要求一致。Tomeetdesigninstituterequirement,measureallroundbasicsizeoftheshutteranditsparts,4、卷帘门的安装形式Roll-upshutterinstallation(1)洞中安装：卷帘门安装在墙体中间，即装在洞中，帘片可向内侧或外侧卷起。(见图5)Middleinstallation:shutterbeinstalledinthemiddleoftheWaILshuttercanRollupboth
6、insideandoutside.(seefigure5)洞侧安装：卷帘门安装在墙体侧面，即装在洞外(或洞里)，帘片向外侧卷起。(见图6)Sideinstallation:shutterbeinstalledatthesideofwallthat,sotsideisideofwallhole,shutterRollupoutside.导轨的安装形式，有埋入式（导轨内装）和外露式（导轨外装）两种。防火卷帘门的安装，一般是焊接在洞口墙体的预埋铁件上。Trackcanbeinstalledinsideandoutside,normallyJirproofshutterbeweldedwithpre-
7、built-inpartswhichinthewallbody.5、卷帘门安装流程Installationsteps:普通卷帘门的安装工艺与防火卷帘门的安装工艺大同小异，只是防火卷帘的安装较普通卷帘安装要复杂一些。防火卷帘门还需装配温感、烟感、光感报警控制系统及水幕喷淋装置。一旦遇有火情，防火卷帘门可自动报警、自动喷淋、自动落门，具有综合防火性能。Normalshutterinstallationstepsalmostthesameasthefireproofshutterinstallation,butthefireproofshutterneedassembletemperaturedet

9、hutter.测量、弹线：按照设计规定位置，复核洞口尺寸，定出地坪标高线和吊顶标高线；弹出导轨的安装位置线；弹出传动支架垂直线和卷筒体的中心线。Measureandlinemarking:accordingtodesignlocationtocheckwalltowallsize,marktheheightbetweenfloorandfop,markthetrackinstallationlocationrmarktheverticallineoftheconveybracketandthecenterlineofrollbucket.安装卷筒：先将链轮连接板焊接在主支架板上。用支架角钢焊接
10、（或膨胀螺栓固定）于墙体预埋铁件（或混凝土墙）上；将主副支架板焊接在支架角钢中间；然后安装卷轴，紧固螺丝，需确保卷轴与支架板垂直.rollbucketinstallation:weldtheconnectplateonmainbracketplate,andthenweldtheangleiron（orfixbyexpansivebolt）topre-built-inparts（orconcretewall）,weldthemainbracketplateandsb-maibracketplateintothemiddleoftheangleiron,theninstallrollaxiszf
11、ighfenscrews,andensureuprightnessbetweenaxisandbracketplate.安装传动设备：安装减速器和驱动部分，必须将坚固件镶紧，不得有松动现象。conveydeviceinstallation:thefastnessmustbetightened,wheninstallreduceranddriverdevice.安装电控系统：首先应熟悉并掌握电气原理图，然后根据产品说明书安装。Electriccontrolsysteminstallation:firstly,befamiliarwiththeelectrictheorydrawigjheacco
12、rdingtoproductsspecificationtoinstallit.空载试车：在安装好传动系统和电气控制系统后，尚未装上帘板之前，应接线进行空载试车。卷筒必须转动灵活，调试减速器使其转速适宜。Nocarrytest:whenfinishtheconveydeviceandelectriccontrolsysteminstallation,beforecurtainplateisallatiozplesetesttheflexibleofrollbucketandthespeedofthereducer.安装帘板：将吊脚穿上三到五片帘片，再固定于卷轴上；然后穿帘片与底梁。帘板两端的缝
13、隙应均等，不许有擦边现象。curtainplateinstallation:connect3-5curtainplatesbytopconnectplate,andthenfixthemontherollaxis,thenconnectcurtainplatesandbottombeam,thegapbetweenthecurtainplatesmustkeepsameness.安装导轨：根据已弹好的导轨安装位置线，若是钢结构或有预埋铁件墙体，就将导轨焊牢于洞口两侧及上方钢构或预埋铁件上，并焊成一体；若是混凝土墙体，则用膨胀螺丝将泥脚固定于墙体上,再将导轨点焊在泥脚上，调整垂直度，然后进行固定
14、，两侧导轨必须在同一垂面上，并做好防锈处理。Trackinstallation:forsteelstructurewallorpre-built-inironwall,weldthetrackintosteelstructurewallorpre-bilt-inironjorconcretewallfixthebottomconnectplatebyexpansivebolt,thenweldthetrackintobottomconnectplate,adjustitsuprightnessthenfixit,andrustproofhandle.安装箱罩：用膨胀螺丝连接泥脚固定在墙体上(混
15、凝土墙体)或泥脚直接焊接于墙体上(钢结构墙体)；对于整体式箱罩，将箱罩边角钢与泥脚焊接即可。对于拼装式箱罩，用角钢做支架焊接在泥脚及结构上，做到支架垂直水平，再将帘片或平板制钉于骨架上，最后用包角将边接缝收口。Boxcoverinstallation:connetthebottomconnectplatewithwall(concretewall)byexpansiveboltorweldthebottomconnectplateintowall(steelstructure).forintegrativeboxcover,weldtheboxcoveranglesteelintobottom
16、connectplate.formedleyboxcover,weldtheanglesteelintobottomconnectplate,thenfixthecurtainontheframeworkzatlastcloseupthejoint.安装限位块：安装限位装置和行程开关，并调整弹簧，使其松紧程度合适。locationrestrictdeviceInstallationiinstallrestrictdeviceandbtton,adjstthespringtothesuitablecondition.安装喷淋系统：水幕喷淋系统包括火灾探测报警器、报警控制阀、消防电磁阀、雨淋阀、水
17、幕喷淋系统：水幕喷淋系统包括火灾探测报警器、报警控制阀、消防电磁阀、雨淋阀、水幕喷头、水力警铃、压力开关及水流指示器等装置。安装好喷淋系统后，应与总控制系统接通。(适用于防火卷帘)Waterspraysysteminstallation:thissystemincludefiredetectoralarm,alarmcontrolvalve,firefightingelectromagneticvalve,rainvalve,sprayerfhydraulicalarm,pressurebuttonandwaterflowindicatoretc.zconnecttheheadcontrols
18、ystemafterfinishinstallation.(forfireproofroll-upshutter).0接线调试：先通过手拉链条手动试运行，再用电动机启闭卷帘门数次，并做好相应的调整，直至启闭无卡住、无阻滞、无异常噪声等弊病为止。全部调试符合要求后，装上防护罩。Connectiontest:atfirst,manualoperationthroughchainztheoperateitbyelectricityforseveraltimestillithasnonoice,oblockandoperatesmoothly,theninstalltheshield.(W粉刷面层：最
19、后装饰门洞口面层，并将门体周围全部擦、扫干净。Surfacestucco:stuccowalltowalsurfaceandcleanitssurroundings.6、卷帘门安装注意事项Roll-pshutterinstallationnote:卷帘门安装必须牢固，帘板应开闭流畅。Shuttermustbefirminstalled,andsmoothopen/closeofcurtainplate.为了牢固起见，安装导轨应尽量焊在洞口的预埋铁件上，也可用M12x130的膨胀螺栓固定。电动卷帘门洞口墙体若系砌筑结构时，导轨需用穿墙螺栓固定，或按设计规定安装。Forfastnessconsid
20、erationztrackweldintopre-built-inironorfixbyM12130expansiveboltJfthereisbrickwall,beforeIrackinstaIIationJixtheitbyboltorinstallitaccordingtodesignrequirement.卷帘门的帘板有反正之分，安装时务必注意，以免装错返工。Thecurtaindistinguishobversinversejordertoavoidrepeatwork,pleasenoteitwheninstallation.卷帘轴的安装必须水平，同时，卷帘轴应与导轨槽垂直，以保
21、障卷筒转动灵活。1.evelinstalltheshutteraxis,atthesametime,inordertoensureflexibleoperation,shutteraxismustkeepuprightnesswithtrackrabbet.附设人行小门的卷帘门，小门应设置在门洞的左边或右边。欲开启卷帘门时，需将小门框卸下后，才能卷起帘板。Ifshutterwithsmalldoorjnstallthesmalldoorontherightleft,beforeopentheshutterpleasemovethesmalldoorframe.7、完工后事项Workcompletion:、清理现场余留的杂物，多余零件退还公司。Removethesitesundries,redundantpartsreturncompany.、完工后及时签完工单交与公司工程部，并在完工后15天内检查验收组报验，产品与数量要清楚。Signtheworkcompletionformandsubmittheformtoengineeringdept.,checkandacceptwithin15days.
