2、屋建筑和市政基础设施工程勘察文件编制深度规定(2020版)。(三)勘察方法、技术要求及勘察工作量1、勘察方法与技术要求(1)勘察方法钻探施工采用XY-IOo型油压钻机,采用泥浆、套管护壁,合金、金刚石钻头回转钻进,开、终孔口径分别为110mm、91mm,钻孔位置由委托方施工管理人员测定,孔口标高由委托方提供。(2)技术要求钻探孔深要求:拟采用冲孔灌注桩桩基施工,以2层微风化灰岩作为桩端持力层,钻探深度进入2层微风化灰岩深度不小于3.0d+0.5m(d为桩径)且不小于6m,必须进入完整的微风化岩。如遇溶洞,超前钻孔应穿过溶洞进入连续稳定2层微风化灰岩不小于6m,以确保持力层满足三倍桩径以上。对于

3、邻近孔位溶洞或完整岩面变化较大区域应上报设计咨询是否加孔详细查明地一、前言(一)工程概况拟建湾区西部华侨城二期(R(H地块)D6栋超前钻工程位于肇庆市肇庆新区,砚阳大道与新安大道交汇处北侧地块,属肇庆盆地河流冲积隐伏岩溶地貌,下伏基岩为石炭系灰岩(C)。本次勘察为拟建湾区西部华侨城长利大道以西ROl地块D6超前钻勘察,拟采用钻(冲)孔桩基础,桩端持力层为微风化灰岩,桩径为01000mm、O1100mm、O1200mm。受肇庆华侨城小镇实业发展有限公司的委托,我院承接了其拟建湾区西部华侨城二期(ROl地块)D6栋超前钻勘察任务。(二)勘察目的、任务要求和依据的技术标准1、勘察目的、任务要求本次勘

4、察目的任务是查明各桩桩位岩面埋深及持力层微风化灰岩中溶洞的发育情况,确保进入桩端下不小于3.0d+0.5m(d为桩径)且不小于6m,必须进入完整的微风化岩。并提出未来基础施工应注意的问题、处理措施建议,为桩基础设计、施工提供岩土工程地质依据。2、执行技术标准(1)国标岩土工程勘察规范(GB50021-2001)2009年版;(2)国标建筑地基基础设计规范(GB50007-2011);(3)国标建筑抗震设计规范(GB50011-2010)(2016版);(4)国标建筑工程抗震设防分类标准(GB50223-2008);(5)国标中国地震动参数区划图(GB18306-2015);(6)国标土工试验方

15、由粘性土回填,很湿,松散。土质粘性较差,泡水易崩解。该层各孔均见分布,层顶埋深0.000.00m,层顶标高1.131.47m,厚度0.50-3.00m,平均厚1.26mo该层结构疏松,未经均匀压实,稳定性差,不具稳定承载力。第四系冲积层(Q)场地第四系冲积,根据物理力学性质,可划分为3个工程地质亚层。1、淤泥灰深灰色、灰黑色,富含有机质,饱和,流塑。土质柔软,具腐臭味。该层各孔均见分布,厚度变化较大。层顶埋深0503.00m,层顶标高-l.780.73m,厚度7.6013.10m,平均厚10.26m。综合土性特征,该层推荐地基士承载力特征值fk=50kPa)2、卵石黄灰色、灰黄色,饱和,稍密为

19、.302567136.247110250.5441.32合计2945.432567135.007110248.497(1)施工钻孔85个,钻探总进尺2945.43m。(2)岩芯数码彩照85孔共85张(见附件Do(四)勘察质量评述本次勘察,各项勘察工作按设计及有关技术规范要求进行,钻探各孔岩芯采取率一般在92%以上,部分基岩由于裂隙发育,采取率稍低,一般在75%以上,各孔终孔深度均经委托方现场施工管理人员验收,采取岩芯即时进行编录及拍摄数码彩照工作。总之,各项工程质量均达到有关规范要求,提交的成果资料真实、可靠,可作为拟建湾区西部华侨城长利大道以西R(H地块D6基夹机械破碎岩石碎块,岩质新鲜,致

20、密坚硬,锤击声脆。场地内各钻孔均有揭露,岩面埋深为14.05-47.40m,标高为-46.08-l2.61m,微风化灰岩揭露厚度为0.0113.28m,平均3.11m。属较硬岩,岩石较完整,岩体基本质量等级为In类。建议岩石地基承载力特征值,6000kPao(二)岩溶发育特征根据本阶段勘察,在揭露深度范围内,场地岩溶强发育,所完成的85个桩位钻孔中见溶洞钻孔77个,见洞率占90.5%。溶洞形态复杂,表现为单洞体及多层串珠状洞体,洞体高度在0.103.80111之间,顶板完整基岩厚度在0.209.60m之间,溶洞呈空洞、半充填、全充填,充填物为流软塑粘土、粉质粘土夹少量灰岩碎屑物,钻进时出现不漏

21、水、半漏水及全漏水现象,溶洞发育情况详见表2(溶洞发育情况统计表)。该层各孔均见分布,厚度变化较大,层顶埋深8501420m,层顶标高-12.90-7.29m,厚度1.82-11.39m,平均5.01m。综合土性特征,该层推荐地基土承载力特征值fak=250kPao3、粉质粘土黄红色、土黄色、黄绿色夹灰白色,由粉、粘粒组成,很湿,可塑。土质均匀,粘性较强。该层场地大部分钻孔均见分布,厚度变化较大。层顶埋深13.2021.80m,层顶标高-20.49-ll.88m,厚度0.5510.70m,平均3.82m。综合土性特征,该层推荐地基上承载力特征值Eik=I30kPa.石炭系基岩(C)场地基岩为石

22、炭系灰岩,岩面起伏变化较大,岩性按不同风化程度分别为:I、中风化灰岩:呈灰色,隐晶质结构,层状构造,岩石裂隙发育,有方解石脉呈不规则充填。岩石普遍溶蚀严重,岩芯普遍呈半边柱状,经机械破碎呈块状、碎块状,块径多为38cm,局部呈短柱状,岩质强度不均匀,局部夹中偏微风化。场地内部分钻孔有揭露,岩面埋深为14.60-25.60m,标高为-24.28-13.17m,中风化灰岩揭露厚度为0.103.80m,平均0.63m。属软岩,受风化程度影响,岩体破碎,岩体基本质量等级为V类。建议岩石地基承载力特征值力=2000kPa2、微风化灰岩:呈灰色、隐晶质结构,厚层状构造,岩石闭合裂隙稍发育,有方解石脉呈不规
